You do know that making a theme is no easy job to do you can look for launchers that support icon substitution. I know I saw some basketball themes for go launcher.

I was recently thinking to integrate Ads in mu launcher themes as the sales isn't going soo good so far.
Does anyone knows that how can one integrate Ads in themes and which company is best in selling ads?
