Is there a way to change the default program a program uses?
Like a gallery out something
I accidently choose to use the default app for selecting the ringer for an alarm clock
and I want to change it
Is there a way I can do that?

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem. I have Zedge installed on my HTC One and I downloaded some additional notification tones to use . I have gone both into the Personalize settings menu as well as the sound settings menu and selected the new tone I wanted to use. But when I get a notification after that it still plays what default tone I had selected before. Even tho in the settings it shows that it should be playing the new tone I have selected. I tried rebooting my phone to see if it would help, it did not. Do I have to move these files to the media/notifications folder to work? I've never had this issue with my previous Android phones.
I do believe you have to put them in notification folder, reboot and select it via settings

I found out what the issue was today. I wanted to change the text message notification. Found out there is a setting you have to change in the actual text app, not under system menu settings.

Go to settings > sound > default notification and then press the little music note on the top right corner of the screen.

I'm trying to find the setting for this function that will allow one to silence the alarm when you pick up the phone. I think I disabled it, but I can't find an option to enable it again in neither the clock app nor the phone settings.
