[Q] Disable notification on 100% loaded - Galaxy S I9000 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
i've searched but found nothing to this topic.
My question: is it possible to disable the notification when the phone is loaded up to 100%?
In German: "Akku voll geladen, Ladegerät entfernen".
Thanx!

Hi,
I think I found solution for that. I use from yesterday Timeriffic and I mute system and notification volume during the night with him. You can make your rules for ringer, ringer volume, media volume, system volume, wifi, airplane mode, apndroid, vibrate, notification volume, alarm volume, voice call vol, brightness and bluetooth for each day and hour

Vibrate for call, volume for other

for my old SE phone, i had a volume (goes up n down with the volume keys on the side) and a silent mode (hold the # key to toggle on/off). changing the volume will not affect the ringtone for incoming calls. having silent mode on i still have sound for everything else except incoming calls will vibrate
so my question is, is there any way to set the SE X1 to vibrate for calls, and have volume for other things (such as watching videos, listening to music, etc)?
i've been playing with the On/Vibrate/Off... i am only able to either set it to either everything on (ring, sound for other stuff), or vibrate (vibrate, and no sound for other stuff -_-), and off (everything silent..)
please help! thnks

Notification volume for certain apps too LOUD

I was wondering if anyone had noticed certain apps not respecting the volume set for notifications.
Under settings, Sound settings, Volume, I have my Ringtone volume at maximum, my Alarm volume at maximum, my Media volume at 0, my Notification volume at 50% and "Use incoming call volume for notifications" unchecked.
Most notifications respect the volume level set for Notifications, but some, Facebook and Chrome-to-Phone, do not. They seem to use the Ringtone volume level to play their notifications, which tend to scare me out of my seat when they go off. Anyone else notice this problem?
I'm on Froyo FRF91.
Thanks
Dunno about Facebook (I have that silent) by Chrome2Phone blares out at twice the volume anyone thought possible.
Yes, the same happens to me. I also have my ringtone volume at maximum and my notification volume much lower. It's very irritating.
Here is an issue about it in the projects issue-tracker. Please star it.

Starred. Glad to know that it wasn't just a problem on my phone and that I wasn't missing something obvious.

Weird sound issues

Hey guys,
I am having weird sound issues with my new P10.
When setting ringer volume to certain level, it seems to only work with the ringer when somebody calls.
It does not have an influence on WhatsApp, Gmail, text messages etc. These do sound a LOT louder.
So, I can control call ringer just fine, but basically cannot control the volume for app notifications. I also tried to lower the volume for alarm, media etc, but these apps seem to be connected with the ringer volume slider (which is of course what one would expect) but they are much louder that the call ringer.
This is my first Huawei phone so I was hoping to find some setting for this, but no luck. This is really annoying. If I do not want Gmail notifications etc to be loud, I need to lower the ringer volume to minimum, but then I have issues to hear when someone calls
Any idea what is going on?

I have exactly the same issues, also in video call in Whatsapp the call volume is very loud and i can't get it lower.
Still searching for an solution.......
If i find one i will let you know.
P10 Plus
The P10 Plus has a same issue.
Yep, it looks like notifications sounds are not only too loud but also still present when sound is "muted"
as a temporary workaround I reduced the volume of the notifications by editing the notification files on my pc. but I am really hoping that Huawei is going to fix this soon.
sound settings do not affect videocalling with facebook messenger on my P10.

Unlink ringer and notification volume

I'd like to know how to unlink the ringer and notification volume. Any ideas? Some times I want to mute my notifications however still need to hear incoming call as they're usually more important than notifications.
Use something like Tasker to increase the volume when phone is ringing and decrease it back to normal for notifications. I use macrodroid

Question Notification problem

Hi.
sometimes (at least once a day) it happens to find the volume of notifications at 0. The volume of calls, system and multimedia are ok, that of notifications is set by itself to zero.
do you have any suggestions on what it might be?
Do you have any automation turned on? (Bixby Routines)
I use DnD during the night, but it is set like the other phone
