I would like to change the Samsung galaxy s stock loockscreen with a nexus one loockscreen type,just the loockscreen and not a new rom.

I was wondering if someone could help me with finding the s3 lockscreen that contains short-cuts for the Note? I know some roms such as the alliance rom have it but i really wanted just the s3 lockscreen and not the other mods that come with roms.
Any help would be much appreciated.
