no, there is a gel skin that goes on the phone first and then the hard case goes on over that. its a really good case, I just got one for my Nexus One. at first i was turned off by the large otterbox logo but I dont mind it so much anymore
I love the otterbox logo. I just got the International one for my T-Mobile HD2 and it fits it perfectly, as if it were made for it. Honestly I don't think their is a difference between the two cases.

Oh course. The only problem, is the screen protector they provide doesn't cover the whole screen, only to about half way through the HTC logo so try and use your own screen protector.

I think there is a slight height difference between the US hd2 and the Euro HT2. from what I have read, the US HD2 is a just a tiny bit taller than the Euro one (hence the slight lack of full coverage of the screen protector) I'll be holding out till the US version becomes available, that way there will be no mistaking on the fit Now if they can just make it water resistant/proof lol
Almost makes we feel bad for just buying an extended battery. Oh well.

This case is already on ebay I just ordered my. Its gonna be here next week. I'll post back with pics on it and how I feel about it.

Are you sure it's the US version, and not the version for the original euro/UK HD2? The US version is not even available on the otterbox website yet, so I doubt it would be on ebay.
I've just seen the Tech 21 d30 Flip Case for Google Nexus S and it looks very ineresting - it's a flip case and a stand at the same time.
Not to everyones taste but definitely interesting.
the case looks as if it is covering the capacitive keys on the bottom a little.
Found a Solid Nexus S Pouch
I was always a big fan of the Nexus One pouch and wanted to try and find one for the Nexus S. The Nexus One pouch was a little too tight on the NS and I'm keeping my Nexus One for now anyway.
I found this pouch on ebay and just got it in the mail today:

You're an idiot. Point in case, a guy posted on XDA a couple months ago about going to a bar with friends and a buddy of his spilled a beer on his N1 and pouch. phone was taken out, pouch was rung out and washed, 500$ phone was protected. The MEANING of the pouch is protection. Come on, you understand that concept, right...grown up?

I actually got rid of my wallet because the n1 came with a pouch. I sewed in a "pocket" on the inside of the pouch for my CCs and Ids.
It's a relief to not have to carry around both a wallet and a phone now. I also have to worry less about "losing my wallet" cause I'm for damn sure not misplacing my phone.

I don't use cases or screen protectors so I need to protect the phone when its my pocket. Cases and screen protectors ruin the experience of the phone.

Can you post actual pictures of this pouch with the phone in it? I love my N1 case that i hacked up, but its not the fit i want.

The rubber case I got from ebay finally paid me back last night when I drop my HD2. It still left a tiny little mark but nothing compaired if i didnt have one. If you have got a case get one!

I've been trying to force myself to use the rubber case that comes with the T-mobile HD2 but I just love how thin and light it feels without the case... someday I will regret it
i bought an HTC silicone thingy and it feels AWESOME! have a hard case somewhere.. i cnt find it though

I had a similar experience last summer. I wanted to check a text message and took my phone out of my pocket and instantly dropped it on the street. Man, I was glad I got a silicone cover from eBay!
I use a rubber case as well, adds extra grip to the back of the phone with the ridges.
Rubbers always save your life.
I am using the case-mate slim cover for my HD2. You hardly see it & works fine.

Same here, the look of the phone is gone with a case.
i want a case for my phone, but i hate silicone ones. just for the fact that they stick to your pants pocket and it pisses me off when your driving and cant get it out because of the case being stuck to inside of your pocket.
i bought this 5 pack of hard silicone cases, but they didn't fit my HD2, so there just sitting there.

Leather back has a hump in it. Cases have to be specifically designed with that in mind. If you have a black leather back I'll trade you my metallic plastic back

But anyways.! for those that have used a Diztronic case, how do you like the cases they make? Does the full matte finish really help with fingerprints and oil? Are they normally a good fit? Thinking of maybe getting a case until I find a leather back.

I preordered last week and it ships next Tuesday, but apparently they are now backordered until october, I guess. You can always write and ask if they plan to have anything sooner though, I suppose.

Ordered the same thing earlier this morning as it's all I could find. Didn't want a case but the phone is slick.

That isn't really a bumper case, it has a clear back piece and is therefore a shell case... there are several cases like that available, one example is the one I have, the Tudia Lucion.
I have not seen a true bumper case for the Moto G yet.

Uh.. yeah.. like I said it's the closest option I could find.. I know it's not a true bumper. I saw that Tudia but looked thicker than what I listed. Still wish they would make grip shells for this model like they did for the older models.

My Orzly bumper case was delivered today. It's .... eh, I'd give it a solid 4 out of 10. Does it cover the phone, yes. Does it add a bit of grip, yes. Is it attractive, no. The search for a case continues...
I was able to remove the clear piece from the case. It's now a bumper! Not great, but a bumper none the less.

Yeah, tbh I'm probably going to get one... The Tudia case is developing an annoying spot by the buttons where it lifts the screen protector when i press the power button sometimes. I liked the case initially, but after having it a bit, it just doesn't fit as well as it should, especially around the buttons.

Be careful with metal bumpers. They're known to interfere with reception.
Thx for bringing that up, for me I doesn't have much of an affect as I live in a urban area, but I've heard that for some people it could reduce the signal a lot (not specifically for this case though)
