THIS THREAD IS NO LONGER ACTIVE, I AM NO LONGER DOING ANY WORK ON THIS THEME, AND HAVEN'T BEEN FOR MANY MONTHS NOW. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER HERO THEMES AVAILABLE, SO PLEASE STOP RESSURECTING THIS ANCIENT THREAD. THIS THEME DOES NOT WORK WITH THE LATEST VERSIONS OF CYANOGENMOD, NOR ANY OTHER ROM CREATED IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS. I HIGHLY SUGGEST FINDING ANOTHER HERO THEME.

FAQ
Please check this these BEFORE posting a problem.
1.) You do such great work, like, omg! How can I help?
Any donations would help greatly. There's a link in my signature if you'd like to donate. If you can't do that, then download the file below from Rapidshare.com. Make sure to download it as a free user (if you have a premium account). This will at least help me continue my Premium account. There's nothing special about it, just a 10mb picture, and it doesn't cost you a dime
Rapidshare Donate
2.) Will you support other ROM's like Cyanogen's, or TheDude's?
I will not port my theme to any other ROM until it is finished. I don't want to have to make updates for 7 different builds, and continuously update each one. So once the theme is finished, I will begin porting it to other ROM's, for the mean time please stop asking when I will port it to xx ROM. Other users have begun porting my theme, use the search function and I'm sure you'll find support for another ROM.
3.) Can you port over the xxxx app from Hero?
We're lucky that the apps that have been ported over worked. Most of the apps from Hero require certain libraries from the Hero build environment, and won't work on any build BUT Hero. If any get ported over, you will see them here.
4.) I flashed the theme, but now all I can see is the status bar, everything else is black!
As mentioned in the installation instructions, you need to clear the 2nd and 3rd screens on your desktop of any icons. The new Hero clock takes up more space, and if the space it needs is already taken, you will get a black screen like so.
5.) I have two music apps, did something go wrong?
On the contrary, the new HTC Music app does not overwrite the standard Music app. The Music app with the updated icon is the HTC Music app. You can remove the old one via ADB by doing the following:
Code:
adb remount[/I][/CENTER]
[I][CENTER]adb shell rm -r /system/app/Music.apk
6.) I'm running Cyanogen's x.x.x build and it removed xxxxx feature!!
As I mentioned, I am ONLY supporting JF Builds at the moment. There are features I would like to incorporate, but they take time. So please be patient, and allow me to work on fixing the problems. Many users take it upon themselves to make temporary fixes for the problem, so read up on the issue before replying about it.
7.) My camera is in black and white, WTF!!!
It's just a setting issue from the previous Camera app. Simply hit Menu > Reset to Defaults, and you should be right as rain.
8.) When in landscape mode, the lockscreen looks funny!
Meh, yeah. I didn't even know the lockscreen worked in landscape mode, so I was surprised anyone noticed it either. I don't have any plans on fixing it really, it looks sick in portrait mode, and thats where you see it 99% of the time. MAYBE, I'll fix it later? But don't expect it anytime soon, sorry.
9.) When I turn the orientation setting off, my home screen still rotates. WHAT THE FRONT DOOR!!!
Yeah I know, it's being worked on. In the mean time, don't try and look at your phone sideways!

Change Log
Update: 8/26/2009 - 4:20pm EST
*Look at this, I'm updating!
*Added enhanced SMS app
*Changed the app-drawer background, default looks better than straight black
*Quite a few things removed in this version, they just weren't compatible with CM
*This will probably be my last update for the theme, I'd like to move onto another
Update: 7/4/2009 - 5:15am EST
*Just some bug fixes. Camera no longer force closes.
*Wallpaper bug fixed
*Remove tab fixed
*Fixed a few icons
Update: 7/3/2009 - 10:45pm EST
*Finally got some time and got 1.4 ready, additions include:
*HTC Music app (music widget text is still black, didn't have time to fix it)
*HTC Camera
*HTC Gallery
*Newer-look of hero, glossy title bar, flat icons.
*Added the changed icons, calendar, mms, a few others.
*Fixed the little dot on the google search bar
*All the HTC additions take up some space, so the update is a bit bigger, but if you use cyanogen's recovery image, it should flash in a breeze anyways, so who cares.
Update: 6/15/2009 - 10:00pm EST
*Not much new in 1.3.5, just some bug fixes. Fixes the arrows in settings, tabs, and folder titles.
Update: 6/15/2009 - 5:00pm EST
*Yayy, 1.3!
*Quite a bit of changes, some more noticeable as you can see from the screen shots, they as follows:
*New lock screen, you can't slide it down like Hero, frankly that is a LOT, and I mean a LOT of work. But hey, it looks dope.
*New app drawer, yes I know Rosie looks a bit different, but this is only the beginning stage, so stay tuned for more ;p
*Hero title bars, as you can see from the screenshots as well. You know get the fatter tittle bars, bigger text, flows well.
*Stars, you can see them now. No more squinting to see the ratings on market apps and such.
*Moved the dialer buttons apart, now its the same space from left to right, as it is top to button in the spacing of the buttons.
*Dialer also got some new overlay colors, they're no longer than weird lime/neon green I had, but more of the Hero green.
*Change some cursor selectors, I know I missed a few, but I fixed contact pictures, and in the music app.
*Changed the music buttons in the app, only RW, P/P, and FF, the playlist/shuffle/repeat ones use default buttons, so that'll take some more work to change, along with the grey background of the media control buttons, hopefully that can be changed in 1.4, we'll see.
*New boot screen, much sleeker.
*Added the knob on the hands of the clock widget. Hopefully I can have a mod up soon to allow use of either/or size clock.
*And thats all I can remember. As always, I'm sure you'll stumble across stuff as you play.
Update: 6/9/2009 - 7:00pm EST
*Fixed the 2x2 clock mod, the clock is now actually 2x2 hehe
Update: 6/7/2009 - 2:00am EST
*Alright crew, HTC Hero v1.2 is available now. There are a lot of small changes that I can't even remember what I've changed there's been so many, but I'm sure you'll all pick them up sooner or later. Here's a list of what I can think of the top of my head:
*Animated "loading circle"
*Progress bar (blue was an accident )
*Homescreen long-press menu icons
*Removed "g" from search bar like Hero, longer text field now.
*Landscape search bar auto complete is fixed
*Dialer "highlights"
*Camera "highlights"
*Hero title bars
*Lock screen battery changed, although that won't matter in 1.3
*Notification bar (pulled out) seperators, and thats all I can remember. Discover the rest ;p
I'm on google ion, but would be willing to flash back to JF 1.5 ADP if you posted some screens.

Check out the Hero ROM threads and look at those screen shots. I can't run it myself so I can't take screen shots, that's what I'd need one of you to do.
EDIT: What I can do, is use a screenshot of my current Hero build, and it is what this theme SHOULD look like.
Ok so I went from Google ION r2 with appstosd -> JF 1.5 ADP w/o wipe, then to the WIP hero theme w/o wipe and was able to boot without a problem.
The only thing that hasn't worked so far is the audio manager widget, other than that everything works fine.

Im on the US build... whats the diff? Is the 1.51adp better?
To the OP - Do you have any screenshots?
To the guinea pig p) - Could you possibly try with a wipe? That way you can determine if it's the theme that's not allowing the widget to work or if it was because you didn't wipe.
Haha, I have some pics I sent to the OP but I'll wait for him to release them as it is still a work in progress. I does look good though. If he decides to use me as his guinea pig again I'll try with a wipe and see if that is the issue.
ill beta test for ya
Im using the HERO beta 4 build from haykuro, do you want me to change back to the JF v1.5 build?
Ok, I'm switching over to ADP1.5 now and will get some work and screenshots up of this theme.
Im running ADP 1.5 and I would be more than happy to be a guinea pig =P
Alright, here's some screen shots. Homescreen will be up sometime soon (I hope). I'd like to get as much done before the Wings decimate the Penguins again tonight
Good work, keep going. I would help if I could but I can't in this case
What's up with the left column of the display, there are some pixels which don't look correctly aligned.

Thats caused by the (free) screenshot app, and I refuse to pay $3 for the one now, and I haven't looked up how to do it via adb so, gotta live with the offest pixels in screenshots till I figure it out

Mm your english lacks a little bit, so hopefully I answer your question.
No, this probably won't be available on the dudes build, rather I don't plan on personally porting it myself. I would like to port it to Ion, however I haven't found a way to get the white clock to work on Ion. So until I can find some answers about that issue, this will strictly be for JF v1.5 ADP1.5.

I want to thank those who have made a donation, I maintain the theme as best I can and update for new ROM updates as soon as I can, sometimes the workload of the day job causes some delays but I appreciate the donations from those who choose to do so, it means alot.

feature / details requests / ideas, post them here.
Thanks particularly to drpfenderson, djengizz, AndroidAppCritic & garok89 for their help along the way, and anyone who threw in ideas that I've neglected to mention.
I've called this 'MarksTheme' because I'm Mark, and I made most of this theme.
I'm not really into the codewriting of it all, infact I rarely venture into so much as an XML, but I do like things to look nice.
I'm a fine-arts photographer by profession, a very visual person, I make and source png's and bring them together in this theme as whatever I feel looks nice.
Thanks particularly to drpfenderson maker of Enoch and EnochX which got me started

Problems?
If you are asking for help, try and help yourself first.
flash a rom, make sure the rom works, flash the theme, make sure the theme works, flash extras and check that they work.
'repair ext filesystems' helps the 'stuck at G1 bootscreen' thing.
'fix_permissions' can help problems with forcecloses.
clearing caches helps with software freaking out.
Theme problem? reflash the theme.
Still a problem? reflash the ROM, then the theme.
Bigger problem? reflash HTC 1.6, then the ROM, then the theme.
Big-Ass problem? Wipe, reflash HTC 1.6, then the ROM, then the theme.
Holy F*****g Crap? Format and repartition your SD, Wipe phone, reflash HTC 1.6, then the ROM, then the theme.
It's up to you to go out there and find out how to do these things properly.

FAQ's
After installing it's taking forever to boot up - it can take up to 30 minutes to get past the G1 screen sometimes with a first install
My Gmail isn't coming in automatically - clear gmail cache and data, then reboot, usually fixes it
I applied the themed google apps and something isn't working - flash the standard google apps from HERE
It all went to crap and I didn't make a nandroid backup - then you're a muppet.
I've got a problem and I want you to fix it - aint happening, first thing you should do is look through this thread, or search through it, if you have no luck then look in threads for other themes for the same ROM, if that fails then put up a shout in here, maybe I can help, maybe someone smarter than me can help, maybe.
Can you change X? I don't like it. - short answer = no. Long answer = this theme is how I like it, I listen to all ideas and suggestions and maybe I'll change something based on that if I like the idea or enough people ask for it, thats why there are three versions of the lockscreen and no lockscreen in the basic theme, also there are a load of custom launchers. When I have the time I make pretty stuff.
Who the hell are you anyway? - google is your friend, it ain't hard.
I love your theme and want to send you money, fast cars, promiscuous women, etc - Donate link in sig.

I'm releasing two wallpaper packs of my photography.
These packs are in zip files, unzip to a suitably named folder on your SD card and then navigate to the image you want to use in your phone.
Please remember folks that this photography is how I make my living, therefore these wallpapers , photographs and the packs they are distributed in Exclusively By Me may not be re-distributed, altered, manipulated or changed in any way, nor may they be claimed or implied to be the property of or the work of anyone else.
The first wallpaper pack isn't family friendly, therefore you need to click HERE to see the index of images and HERE to download the zip
You may only do so if the laws of the country you reside in say that you are old enough to look at boobs
The second wallpaper pack is totally family friendly, the index image is shown below, and the zip can be downloaded HERE
(Yes, one of the photos in there ended up twice, I can't be bothered with changing it )

These are a few apps that I use and like, no affiliation blah blah blah, some are free, some are paid (c'mon, they're cheap!), search for them in Android Market, in no particular order:
CacheMate clears your cache, either when you tell it to or periodically, sweeet.
Pure Calendar Widget (agenda) the neatest and most configurable I've found.
PowerTime Widget the best chance you've got of predicting how much juice is left in your battery
Advanced Task Manager among it's many cool features is an auto-kill for running apps (with an ignore list), nice.
File Explorer (Quick Finder) for exploring your files, and, erm, quick finding them, I guess..
GDE - The new home experience! that cool cube homescreen thing, you know it, it's sweet dude.
Bettercut custom icons for your shortcuts
Handcent SMS (NEW) the nicest (and now very configurable and customisable) messaging app.
WeatherBug Elite Weather prediction is important in my work, this has sh1tloads of data
MyBackup Pro does what it says
Screenshot ditto
Snowstorm Weather Widget this one stands out because it'd 4x1 can 4 days or split the day into 4 periods, so the displayed weather prediction is accurate to 6 hours instead of 24 (it's gonna rain today huh? when?) see what I mean?
Backup for root users another backup thingy
Overclock Widget keep it nice and easy when the screen is off, then ramp that puppy up when you're using it!
Nightwatch when I plug my phone into my charger, anytime between midnight and 6am (configurable), it automatically fires up a nice bedside clock, win!
Sticky Memo Widget Pro I have a rubbish memory, I like notes...
Retro Clock Widget pretty clock widgets
gTasks google tasks, nice to-to list
Steel browser, prefer it to stock
Y5 Battery Saver learns where your preferred wifi is at and turns wifi off when you're not there, thus saving juice (doesn't use GPS)
Quickpedia wikipedia app, because I like to look clever by knowing stuff about stuff
Twit2go twitter client, like it.
If anyone wants to include any of their free apps with my theme, let me know and if I like it we're on, I can also be bribed with pounds stirling, guinness, chocolate muffins and naked girls.

Done - MarksTheme-4.2.1.SL.a (includes Stericson Lockscreen) for cyanogen 4.2.1
Thanks Mark
U know I was waiting on this to make my phone complete
Like the red in the loading bar better then the blue. The black background u had in the keyboard was better to me
Thanks for your time and hard work to make this theme

Loving this theme, too many people don't take the time to make nicely rendered icons and widgets.
Power control widget = sick.
One thing though, I noticed there are "ghost" images in the app drawer (images of the apps above it). Is that on purpose?

which is the red/blue loading bar? maybe I missed something....
not sure about the red background myself, I added it after changing the buttons so they'd stand out, might shift them back onto black in next update.
I have no idea what I'll be doing next probably just tweaking and improving this one as I don't really have time for a whole new theme. all suggestions for tweaks and improvements gratefully received!

ok, I'll check it out, I just saw it too on mine.
Good to know it's not just me.
Ok, after messing with it, I got a few suggestions for the next release.
1. The background for the keyboard would look good either completely transparent or an opaque black, like the app drawer.
2. Do away with the "hypnotizing eye" loading animation and use something, cleaner and with more pop. This theme is way too clean to be using somthing that looks like a runic symbol.
3. For the app drawer pull tab, use either white, black or red. White would be best because it would look like the glow was coming from your trackball (which, on my MT3G, it does.)
4. Also, has anyone thought to make the pull tab look like the notification bar? that would make a clean and simple border for both ends of the screen, and give it some unification and symmetry.

One more entry into the HTC Incredible ROM arena
For those of you that don't know me (Everyone) I tend to focus on more business looking ROM's with very little "flash" to them.
This ROM is a release based on the Official Android 2.2+ v3.26.605.1 HTC Sense ROM for the Incredible and will only work on it. It also includes the new leaked kernel 2.36.32.17

Requirements:
▪ Clockwordmod Recovery
▪ Radio 2.x
▪ A Full Wipe Highly Recommended!
NOTE: May flash fine over a stock Froyo 2.2 Rooted ROM. If you have problem then re-flash with a full wipe
Copy ROM to root of the SDCARD
Either use ROM Manager to install it or boot into recovery and install it that way
NOTE: Be patient on first boot since it may sit for a few minutes at the Droid Eye
KNOWN PROBLEMS
None other than "OEM provided" unless you tell me otherwise
DISCLAIMER: As usual, flash at your own risk and don't forget to backup your current installation before flashing.

A COMPLETE FULL MODIFIED ROM
Little by little I am adding things back in by request and came to the conclusion that I could end up with everything back in. SO, what I did was create a complete ROM with my mods and additions so you have everything from the stock leak with the look and feel of my primary ROM
Download - Complete ROM Version 3.2 -->> Here
A VERSION OF THE TRIMMED ROM WITH NO THEME
By popular request (1 Person ) I created a ROM identical in functionality to the trimmed version 3.1 ROM with all original graphics. Actually, the Rosie launcher and lockscreen slider are themed so the alternate launchers in post #2 can be used.
No screenshots since it looks just like the stock ROM.

Have you clicked on the weather to refresh it?
Make sure your locations are turned on. Or clear the clock data an see if that helps.
Liking the look. For the next update please include Facebook for HTC sense so that contact list images sync?

I believe if you install Facebook from the market and go into settings -> sync with existing contacts it should do the same thing.

Just pull it from tng and place it on sdcard. Use astro to install, if it doesn't, adb push it to system/app.

Super Manager and Android Mate (Free) are two options for a Root File Explorer. Both are more than just a file explorer but they get the job done.
I would go with Super Manager over Android Mate. Android Mate seems to try and steal default launcher.

This is an original htc inc version of my rom port for the inc2 (vivow) here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1453412
(changelog is originally from it as well...any version for the inc going forward will then follow that version scheme..which is currently version 1.4)
First and foremost a huge portion of the credit goes to Romanbb for his Bulletproof rom on the mt4g slide. This is a loose port of that, and all the tweaks are due to him. The rom name "Bullet" is taken from "Bulletproof" as well I would not have been able to port this to the inc as quick as a I did (a few days) w/o wdfowty and his Dub-Shot Espresso Rom here I used his install zip and script as a template because I was unused to the partition sizes coming from an inc2 which has a much bigger /system and doesn't need to install to /data and symlink to system
***Please keep in mind that the mytouch 4g slide has a 1.2 ghz dual core newer snapdragon processor. Whereas we are running an ancient 1 ghz single core on the og inc...some lag is to be expected as a result of running a rom meant for a dual core phone...if thats the case for you, I'd recommend using a custom kernel***

*replace tmo cardock w/ google carhome (customizable and usable imo)
*updated titanium backup
*removed some unused libs/background stuff
*added patch for tmo genius voice controls (works but obviously theres no genius button on our phone, but launchkey *might* work to reassign something for it...havent looked into it)

-moved down carrier text and sizing for aosp lockscreen
-fixed strings on honeycomb, resized text and cleaned it up a bit
[SIZE="2"](i think the main issue with this lockscreen is that roman wrote it for a qhd device, and when ported to tmo mt4g, their carrier string is obviously shorter than "Verizon Wireless" and fits better)[/SIZE]
*rewrote 4 in 1 reboot (android.policy.jar)
-went back to bonestock policy to work out issues
-hot reboot and other reboots work fine now :)
-7 - 1 quick settings from power menu [B][COLOR="Red"]NOT[/COLOR][/B] reimplemented yet (redundant anyway imo)
*[URL="http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1371330"]added pvyparts miui batterybar [/URL](since i probably couldnt implement it into tweaks anyway)

*fixed weather force close
*de-pinked more (very little pink left now)
*fixed browser homepage from blank

*minor theming changes (download icon changed to ics sense, etc)

Its taken 50 + hours of work so far to get to this point (was horribly broken from first boot) and I think finally the rom is what I'd consider a daily driver (though I dont like that term personally)
(for the inc2)
Known Bugs:
*if something is greyed out in tweaks it means 1) I havent gotten it working or 2) it isnt meant for this rom (remnant of one of roman's other roms)
*kb doesnt not show up after data wipe, just reboot and it will be there
*in my touch widget wifi calling doesnt work
*burst mode doesnt work in camera (requires mt4g camera hardware to function properly)
**inc only bug: ffc doesnt work (obviously)
**inc only bug: weather is glitchy and so is video playback
***Wifi, calls, data, sms, mms all seem to work on the inc (i reactivated mine to test)
FAQ
Q: How do I add shortcuts to the lockscreen (sense)?
A: You can't. For whatever reason htc didnt add that in.
Q: I found a bug/issue not listed in known bugs, what do I do?
A: Ideally send me a logcat and an accurate description of the issue.
Q: How do I change lockscreens?
A: Go to settings-> tweaks -> lockscreen settings...and change to what you want, then reboot to set. (note music controls only work on sense lockscreen)
Q: When will this be finished?
A: No port is ever 100% finished, but hopefully I will be able to fix many of the existing issues rather quickly.
Q: Why doesnt my search key soft menu button work?
A: I remove many google apps like gmail, voice search, maps, etc to keep the rom as current as possible for as long as possible. Download google search from the market.
Q: Isn't this the same thing as newt's rom on themikmik?
A: No, but since its essentially the same RUU, it will be similar. I feel mine is usable, whereas that particular rom was only a preview release and would require more work to be a completely usable rom.
Q: How do I change boot animation/down animation?
A: Replace bootanimation.zip and/or downanimation.zip in /data/local with files of the same name.
Q: I though mysense/mt4g had a pink-ish theme to it.
A: It does/did, but I've removed it from most system icons and the frameworks. There are still remnants I have to get to.
Q: I just loaded the rom and have no keyboard?!
A: Just reboot, it sometimes doesn't show on a data wipe. You should also try to use it before rebooting, because if you don't rebooting may not bring it up. Its been suggested setting keyboard type to compact in settings, fixes it without rebooting

I'm sure most of you don't know me
but i have multiple roms out for the inc2 and samsung fascinate.
the htc inc was my 2nd android phone (after a quick hatefest with the droid x) and I used for a few months until giving it to my wife and switching to the fascinate. now that she has a thunderbolt and the og inc was just sitting around, I decided to work on it for fun
i will do my best to get this as functional for the inc as i feel it is for the inc2
Loved your work on the Fascinate, can't wait to try this. Can you fix the screenshots?
P.S - just noticed you're a fellow XDA'er from NJ!

there doesnt seem to be much i can do about getting it to show the first time (i have this issue on my inc2 version) but that usually does the trick

The rom will be continued by lo2ay in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1666167
This rom is ported from the Chinese "LeWa" OS for C8650 and it it based on cm7.2 rc1.
All credit goes to Le Frog Technology for the LeWa OS:
http://www.lewaos.com/
DETAILS:
-LeWa OS includes data monitoring, power savings, custom and downloadable themes and lockscreens, notifications on the lockscreen, lockscreen animations, pop-up SMS notification window showing the text with the reply box, etc.
-ADW launcher and LeWa launcher
-Bravia engine
-Beats audio
-AGPS patch
-gapps included
-DSP manager
-built-in theme manager
WORKING:
almost everything
BUGS:
-The online theme tab force closes when wifi/data is turned on
-Some lockscreens needs resizing, to change it go to Settings>Personal>LockScreen>Style option>Lockscreeen style
-in v5 at first boot after a clean install my phone asked me various times to insert the pin code and during setup wizard some apps were force closing. Don't worry! it's only first boot! If phone continues to ask the pin code just go to settings>mobile network and try disabling data or changing network mode, after some times it will stop requesting pin code.
-in dialer you can't add # after a number
-you tell me...
SCREENSHOTS:
coming soon
PLEASE READ:
Status Bar:
-The top of the notification pull down is the data monitor.
-The button on the top right corner will free memory.
-Tap on the status bar and it will bring up apps, home and back button at the top.
Launcher:
-Swipe up to open drawer
Lockscreen
-If you want to change lockscreen go to Settings>Personal>LockScreen>Style option>Lockscreeen style
Theme:
Place these on your sdcard (or lewa/theme/theme) and force close the Launcher for the list to refresh and you will have a lot of themes now!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1565670
Also make sure that you're wifi/mobile data is turned off, so it doesn't force close when it loads the online theme list.

Update1:It's booting.
Update2: Booted, getting screenshots will make another post about the features and proposed changes and screenshots as well
Awesome. I'll try this out in a bit!
Okay, here we go
When the phone boots for the first time this is what you will see
Pretty nice, except for the icons, which you can't change! (more on this later)
As the OP said, the appdrawer labels are cut-off a bit
A fix might be gotten if you make the icons a bit smaller or make the grid smaller.
Also as the OP said the default lockscreen is pretty cut-off, to unlock it swipe up on either the yellow bird (dialer) or red bird (messaging) then go to Settings->Personal->Lockscreen->Style options->Lockscreen style and change it to anything else.
The settings are very nice! They're grouped by function and you switch between the groups by swiping left or right
Takes some time to get used to, but I like it a lot.
The notification pane works, but the power toggles are way to big. (FIXED IN v2!)
The top shows you your data usage and by tapping the orb in the top right you kill background tasks.
By tapping the data usage in the notifications you get to the data usage usage graph and by swiping right you get the app firewall, and by swiping left you get to the data monitor settings.
And here we come to the theme part, by default it only ships with one theme (angry birds)
There is an online tab, but that one force closes when it loads (!), which means you can change the theme to anything else (unless it gets fixed or if the ROM ships with another theme)
The dialer is really nice, it does have T9 dialing, but it has this odd blue line going down the center of it.
The contacts are also very nice, adopting the same ICS like left and right swiping to swipe between the contacts, favorites, call log and messaging
Pressing the chinese letter at the bottom will bring up initial letters which can be quickly used to get to Z for example.
It ships with two file managers IO File Manager (CM7 default) and it's own one.
In default view it shows you how many music files, pictures, videos, documents and .apk files you have and allows you to show them. It also shows you how full your SD card is.
By swiping left you get to a standard file manager, which allows you to browse your SD card (no internal phone memory though).
If you happen to dislike the stock launcher it does ship with ADW as well.
It comes with inbuilt SMS and call blocking.
Now for some stuff that I dislike.
No CM7 settings. If we had that, disabling the power widget would be easy and it would be a good temporary solution. It does integrate SOME parts of CM7 settings, like the lockscreen settings and performace settings among others, but just not enough.

Fixed the Angry Birds only theme problem.
Makes the default launcher a lot more tolerable
Accidental double post.
(But I'll just keep the screenshot here )
Might as well use this post to say that I'm not able to set my time, timezone and date, because clicking on those options in the settings doesn't do anything!
looking good!
i shall try
downloading....
A new thing to try ....eagerly going to download and flash. Thnx nejc for your review ...

Okay, I'm trying to do some notification pane fixing, but I can't compile my modified SystemUI.apk with apktool(apkmultitool).
I attached a screenshot of the log.
Something I'm would try if it worked.
Under status_bar_tracking.xml in /res/layout there is a part that has the power widget, I'm thinking of we remove that it might serve as a temporary fix.
Another MIUI like rom. Will give it a try. I can volunteer to fix make it better if you like Thanks!
One thing I think that will help with the appdrawer.
in /res/values/integers.xml modify config_drawerRowsPortrait to 2, so that it has less app drawers rows. (That should work, can't test since I can't get apktool to compile)
Also (Again, not sure) to remove the buttons that pop up when you tap the status bar go to /systemui/res/values/bools.xml and change config_statusbar_buttons to false
It is great to see a new rom for once, hope this will get developed further.
I´m considering to make this my daily rom, once there comes other languages, like (My langauge) Danish
Just flashed it and loving it. Really smooth and fast. But as every rom it has some bugs in the settings when you click power save.
I have found a posible fix for the notification power widget.
It is a modified SystemUI.apk posted by parudthz in the Galaxy Mini forum (Same resolution)

I have tried pushing that one and I ended up without a status bar, did some copy pasting in the status_bar_tracking.xml which has the notification power widget and again ended up with no status bar.

Put it into the zip for our phone, sign it and reflash it. Might work. Did you reboot after pushing it to your phone?

I did reboot when pushing
Just tried adding it to /system/app in the ROM .zip file and it just bootloops.
Trying again with a full wipe.
Nope, still no status bar...
When I've been testing the statusbar tweaks I made I found I had all these problems pushing with adb etc...
The best way I found was to drop it in a zip and flash it, if the systemui isn't actually broken because of the changes you made it works everytime.

I tried it again by putting it in the .zip the ROM comes with and the status bar wasn't there.

Try making an undo zip (I.e original systemui) it might need the same method as when flashing statusbar mods!!
1.Flash zip you modded (no status bar) boot up to test....if no statusbar.....
2.recovery flash undo zip, reboot to test..... all ok again.
3.recovery,re flash modded zip and see if it works this time.
Scratch knows more about this. Just an idea.
