Yes. Doesnt work on Froyo Liberated.
Does not work on CM6.1.1 either. Based on the error message looks like out little Aria is not a supported platform for this app, just like full flash
Error: "Native ABI mismatch from package file"
It's hardly a fully working build, saw it on android central. Checked out the videos on engadget, nothing too amazing but very welcome refresh. Basically it's the picture gallery for music.
Yeah not working on my CM6.1 Aria, just coming back "Not Installed".
Full flash is supported in 2.1 go to appghetto.com, go to apps, banned, and download full flash for 2.1 also works on 2.2
Remember the Advent Vega, G Tablet's brother, which launched in the UK with Flash player but was pulled shortly after?
Well today an update 1.09 was launched for the Vega which includes a certified flash player. Should work perfectly with our G Tablet given the hardware similarities.
Vega system update including Flash and Calibration tool here: http://www.myadventvega.co.uk/
Flash player extracted:

EDIT: This is crashing my browser on TnT Lite 4.23 in the default web browser on ABC News 24 (Aus) and Youtube
Maybe there are associated files missing?

This is not working on my setup - TnT Lite 4.23
Has anyone tried on VEGAn? Since this apk is pulled from the Vega tab and this version of flash is also from Vega, it should work (in theory).
Can someone running VEGAn please test?

Where within the system/app is the flash player from the image source? I dont seek the APK anywhere. I want to decompile it and seem to be having issues with your source file.

I'm guessing they updated some of the shared libs. I've tried swapping in all the libs that LogCat says gets loaded when I try to watch a flash movie but it just plays the first few seconds of sound then blows up the browser. Finally I loaded up a new libc.so and libEGL.so and the browser doesn't even think that flash is installed. Downloading vegan 1.08 now and going to compare the changes to 1.09 and see what else I missed.
We may need the '.apk' file as well as the 'libflashplayer.so' file from the system.img
Well, I ran a diff on 1.08 to 1.09 and the only major changes were a couple of unrelated apks and the entire shuttle_data folder. So I copied the shuttle_data folder over rebooted and still get the same response, few seconds of audio play then the browser just closes (no FC error, just a sigdev in logcat). This was with both the stock browser and tunny.
Oh well.

i have flash working fine already. Is there a reason why i would want this version?
No particular reason why this new version should be any better than the version we are already using.
It's just that the new one is 'certified' by Adobe as being compatible with tegra2 devices, so I expected it would run smoother, use less battery, and generally be more awesome.
Since none of us can get it to work it seems the 'certified' version is considerably less awesome.
Andriod central had a post that stated tetra 2 users should not install the update. I don't know how to copy and paste yet otherwise I'd put link here.

The reason why it may be "awesome" is that certain manufacturers, such as Advent and Viewsonic, placed Flash compatibility claims on their boxes and then shipped the units. They then had a flood of returns when the unit didin't do what it was supposed to do.
In the Viewsonic case the TnT interface was a further layer of mistake that upset the general purchasing public.
Now that Adobe have certified a copy of flash these manufacturers can place this copy onto the shipping systems. Which will result in far fewer returns from disgruntled customers.
Here in the UK we may now see Advent actually release some stock to retail stores, rather than than limiting releases to on-line sales to enthusiasts.
Admitedly the Advent approach has led to rather better public perception of the Vega than the G-Tablet has achieved by shipping directly to the general public. Who don't have, and shouldn't need to have, the skills required to modify the G-Tablet to achieve a usable system.
So in short its "awesome" because it removes a rather large barrier to sale for the existing Tegra2 tablet population. Now it is also just in time for the Zoom product roll-out. So the timing of a certified build is hardly coincidental.
I thought I had the lastest version of cm7, made sure it was and finally got it all working after 12 hours or trial and error...then i come to find out it doesnt really support flash video?
I saw a bunch of people on youtube playing flash video, why cant i get flash to work on mine, im using dolphin HD and the latest gapps and cm7 version, what gives?
Do you have adobe flash player in your applications?
*facepalm*
You need to download flash from the market.
Sent from my LG Optimus V using Tapatalk
Adobe Flash 10.3 is the only flash update on the market and it "doesnt support my device"
-v2.3.5
-cm7 nightly v7-09212011
Rom Manager says there are no available updates, the market says flash 10.3 doesnt support my device. Do i still facepalm myself, or do i look for someone else to facepalm?

EDIT : What market version you running ?
Use Titanium Backup to uninstall the market updater app or download nightly 200 which now includes the density change to 160.
It's officially out today!
HOWEVER... it's still listed as not available for my Xoom LTE. Not sure if they forgot to check the box for this model. If someone can get the new tablet friendly APK out there, I'd be obliged. I've already submitted a message to Hulu support.
i was able to install it on my xoom.

i have no clue how to do that.
It's good to know how to do it, programs like ASTRO File Manager or App Backup & Restore can backup the apps installed on your phone or tablet as APK files, which can be installed on any device. It doesn't back up app data (You need root and Titanium Backup for that), but it's great if you want to save old versions of apps in case someone releases a bad update, or if you want to copy them to a device that doesn't have the Android Market or something like that.
Then you stick 'em on some sort of site that lets people download 'em.
Installed fine, however getting DRM not supported error...
I'm running EOS ICS on my CDMA Verizon Xoom, and no dice. I installed it on my Transformer, no problem. Used Astro to backup the apk; however, it says its private and won't allow me to. I've tried to install from the device and the web based play store. No go.
I don't think it's compatible with ICS yet, because my Galaxy Nexus is also non-supported; however, I have ICS on my Nexus S and it installed just fine, so...idk
Runs on my xoom just fine.

You're not getting a "DRM Error"? Mine updated from the hacked version posted earlier once I removed that, but I'm getting "DRM Error 93“.

Nope, no errors.
That's the hacked version, we're talking about the official version with the tablet UI.

Im using market update version -
As of last night, my Xoom LTE could install the app off the Play Store. I could also start a video, but the connection wasn't great it seemed, and I got a network error after like fifteen seconds.
It seems like the only people who have gotten the official app to work on their Xoom, are people with the 4G LTE Xoom. Although, it does not say it will only work on 4G LTE in the Google Play app store, there seems to be a pattern. I wonder if a build.prop edit could fix the issue?

Huh. One of your builds, or an official build?
I've wiped data (thinking that the previous hacked version left something around), but still getting the DRM Error 93.
