You need to fix the sdcard in the init on your rom, or it wont work correctly, just hit me you had fixed it my way.

I ran a diff and moved the changes over to the framework that Frost is using.

we'll need to change our volds back to the vibrant volds as well. I think we have modified ones in the Alpha/Frost/Gothi/ some unknown Kang.. lol

If it helps I'm using the stock vold / bin file... maybe I need to include this as well in my CwM update... Spaced it on my end.

k, got it showing up in settings now with the correct volds.
just need to fix the clock color and remove battery popup and I can post it for Frost.
Your's will fix Black Ice which I'll be putting together tomorrow.

I think i can speak for everyone when i say we are excited both of you are working together. I cant wait to see what you two scientist will create!

Due to no Source available for the latest TW leak's kernel I will not be able to port my kernel over. Until Then I will be focusing on a stock 3.1 ROM with my kernel. As soon as the source is released or we find a way to make my kernel work with the latest ROM I am going to put any furthur development on hold. Sorry.. I would just rather try to do it right rather than not.

First request is haptic working for keyboards. It hasn't worked for android keyboard and for other keyboards I've tried like open split.

I just did an edit in the updater-script, I changed the comma after -("/tmp/boot.img", "/dev/block/mmcblk0p3") to a semicolon and it flashed just fine. its booting up right now so Ill let you know
Edit: Booted up just fine and running great

One thing I would like to suggest is to mod the useragent to desktop in the stock browser.

[ROM][v1] Android 2.1 & BFS/SIO/minmax

Hi!
This is clean v20b(but has 3g fix in kernel) rom with my custom kernel with BFS, Simple I/O, minmax ... All the stuff you know from my AOSP But there is one thing that I love It's even smoother than my 2.3 and all works on it It is 100% stock - it doesn't have JIT and even it is not rooted... It is just fast and very stable rom for guys using phone just for dialing... I will add DSP and requested by u guys features over the weekend

Read first post carefully man ... Yes, kernel tweaks are mainking it smoother but game performarce is the same as on LG rom ... And it is running on batt for 5 days without problem

How do you install it??

So basically the only difference is the kernel with BFS, sio, etc.? In that case why not just release an update zip with the kernel and all that other sweet stuff, like Quarx did with his 0.3.1 instead of a whole rom?

I will do it that way ... Someone flashed it ? I get various reports that iy doesn't boot... I will update new package within a few hours

However, I leave testing it up to you, because my battery's low atm, so it's not a great time for flashing(also I'm on SwiftDroid ). Please try the file, and see if it works, and maybe then I'll be able to say I've done something useful. Download.
P.S. I'm not really sure about permissions for the wireless.ko file, so I skipped that bit. If something screws up, perhaps it will be this?

can i request tun.ko for this rom? i rely heavily on vpn and have been looking for a 2.1 with tun support. anyways great work

Do wipe. I recommend flash boot through fastboot and replace wireless.ko through adb on working ROM.

I have Wiped it Completly many times and Did the Recovery but of no use...

I've seen many people wanting to odex their ROMS and so here it is

How to use this?​

2. Place in the root of your SD-CARD
3. Just install through recovery [Works fine with all CWM recoveries]
4. Reboot, system is now odexed :)

Also guys just a warning!
Remember that this file can be flashed after you've installed a ROM along with the GApps, then you FLASH the odexer!​

I didn't write this script by myself, I've followed some few guides and made this, so yeah i followed what the guy said and produced a well good script
Also it odexes Apps, framework, bootanimation, and some other things I've missed out?
I've followed many guides making an Odexer, so people can simply just odex in 2-3 mins, not a bad thing is it? nope it's an awesome thing
Also I've compiled a few things, and will later on give Credits to those who've earned it

I didn't borrow any of their scripts :/ i followed zeppelinrox guide on how to make an odexed ROM
once I've completed that i just re compiled with a few changes, many changes, and so i think that's it
I'll put on credits now that i have free time
