What website is this? - Off-topic

This is a useless thread but i have looked looked and looked and cant find it. I remember a guy that got on a few months ago and gave away codes for this site. The site is like a command prompt and you have to enter this code then make your account or something like that.
Anyone know what im talking about?

O_O

That isn't a very good description. Sit in front of your computer and just think about the website really hard. You pc should get what you mean by osmosis.

I found it, it got moved to trash

I love this site and ppcgeeks and I know there are a lot of us that float between the 2 sites.
Anyone know what's going on over there with the site outages over the past few days?
good question! they need faster servers!

I also love this site as well as PPC geeks. I would ask that you all consider my site as one that we can make a success as well. i need some members, content, and moderators. its at: www.cookedpda.com

While the app was mainly hosted at PPCGeeks, it has nothing to do with their servers, so the fact that the site is up unfortunately means nothing for Sprint users and the MMS hack
bummer. this stinks I can't send pictures even using my email I type cell#@vzwpix.com comes back undeliverable but I can sent to sprint customers @pm.sprint.com any clue what happening

Has HTC stop supporting the 8925?

I just took a look on HTC website and I saw nothing for the tilt/8925, I even did a search but all the links that came up are dead. is it that a part of their website is down or they kicked my phone to the curb?
can some one verify this?
EDIT: can't say I don't feel like a retard right now, I'm going to bed, thats prolly what I need.

Are there any apps from the Iphone that have been ported over to the fuze yet, I'm not just talking about games but like programs and utilites also I saw a video a while back where there was an app that used the accelerometer on the iphone and turned it into like a g-tech preformance meter.
man you really need to search or something. I mean you already posted the same exact question word for word once and that was like two days ago.

That doesn't explain why, just what, which is now very apparent, although it would have been nice to have a link from slideme.com to the new site so people like me weren't left wondering.
Nor did they even bother to email app coders before or since doing this, it's really very bad for them since they have a user base used to going to the old URL and suddenly there is nothing but a sign up that it's down till further notice.

not to be mean or anything but i wouldn't have seen this if he didn't make a thread about it since i don't read the tutorial threads. not everyone lives 24/7 on the forum and knows every post thats in every thread and anyone has the right to make their own thread. eventually this will get burried 10 pages deep. still it's pretty cool that the vogue is making the "news" but kinda crappy that there is no mention of dzo's great work getting android as functional as it is. honestly if xda had a developer of the year award dzo would win.

Yeah really, can't believe that Crobs let him give him credit he even acted like it was so easy like changing your shoelaces. Not to mention the style of that writer is pretty weaksauce. He even mentioned 15k views for crobs thread when DZO is around a million. Talk about writing a story out of your ass I couldn't believe it was a real wired article.

Thats why when the writer tried getting me to give input for the story, I didnt email her back because I had nothing to do with porting android to the vogue. I knew that if I had input on the story there would be backlash. But if it were me, I would have mentioned everyone who I thought had anything to do with getting this done.

I mean don't get me wrong, Crobs helped a bunch of people out with that tutorial, and there's nothing wrong with interviewing a USER of the port. He should have done like you say, talk about his / your contribution, but also definitely what DZO did... not just brush it off like it's nothing - Like he just went to google.com and downloaded androidforvogue.cab and installed!!
Obviously this writer wasn't too bright / didn't do a shred of research before writing the article. Oh well, anyone who actually looks into this knows the real story!
