What else can you do?

I've been with this forum for quite a bit now.
I flashed a lot to try out different roms
But these days I got really bored/tired of flashing. So I was wondering if there is something else that you could do with the captivate?...

I think that's what he is tired of is the same basic rom just themed 47 different ways.
@op, switch to an htc device if variety in roms is what your looking for. Only so much that can be done with the captivate until an aosp build is functional that can be built upon.

Yes sir. Only the kernel and modem are from the vibrant 2.2.

Yah, its quite the departure. Not for me ui-wise, but thanks for the effort guys.

Wait...does that mean contacts is completely AOSP (meaning no more save to card, save to phone, save to Google crap)?? I didn't think anyone had gotten there and the one reason I've been waiting for CM. Admittedly, I haven't paid that much attention to all the available ROMs, so maybe I missed others.

I thnk you're already reading in reverse. Maybe holding your phone up to a mirror will reveal who the OP is. .

No sir. The contacts app is stock.....for now. I have a few things up my sleeve for future updates.

Thats not working in any 2.2.1 port. When it does it will have its own dev post, rest assured.

who is going to try the blue beast ?

ok using it now its running perfect for me very fast and smooth great work but it would look nicer if the notification bar was dark black and the signal and 3g icons where the same blue color as the the battery icon and also why did u remove the sony ericson home replacement?

now after using it for awhile i actually like the blue its different from the rest very well done thank you but for me at least it just need the arc launcher but still very very nice !!!

Experience only themes gmail and the keyboard. Nothing else. Powerboost is a completely different item. From what I know,but I could be wrong.

Bootanimation Thread Epic 4g

Was wanting to see if we could start a bootanimation Thread that only has bootanimation. So here you go, I personally do not have a boot to post but was hoping this would make things easier for people.

On Gingerbread, you have to rename those files "bootani" or something. (Sanim.zip?) Anyway, I could never get them to work after Froyo.
