Guys, ihave found this beautiful launcher on xda and now i have something to ask because i have fear to do this...
have someone flashed the launcher in cmw for optimus black and have success?
other question is, is it possible to extrect the apps of the cmw package and put it manually with file explorer to the system? if i try this, the app says me parsing error :S
nah.. it didnt work.. nothing happend after flashing it... same as b4.. let sm1 else check it
We have no cyanogenmod, no miui but we can get this nice launcher to work

I know there is another thread with same thematic but there is no one to halp me.
I try to create theme for go sms pro but I cant ...I try all but something I do wrong in theme creator.
Is there someone to gve me tutorial or halp me create this sense 3.0 theme?

I think you might need a custom launcher for that. Idk if it's possible to change background with stock rom/launcher.
I know it is possible with Go Launcher and ADW Launcher. Search them from play and look around at the settings.

i download music edition v3.0 in that rom the background of phone setting there is wallpaper,like in that photo..
i want to edit black background of phone setting into a coustom wallpaper..please help..

if You Can Edit Framework , Or Go To ChocobreadV2.2 rom , and Download Choco-BeeBlueStyle, and edit Choco-BeeBlueStyle Framework .

You will need to decompile framework-res.apk and change the wallpaper to whatever you like. Recompile it and flash it via cwm..

If you like an image must be decompiler framework-res.apk and put you image here. Dont forgot to add an id for this file on public.xml in values folder.
For change black color you must edit style.xml replace any color yo want change towallpaper
replace "@color/black" with like this "@drawer/bg_wallpaper" for exampl.
i don't know which line control android background but themers team can help

For fonts search fonts in market and u will get it .. !!

Font installer :/ u wanna change some apps? Like replacing.. tht can be done by root explorer..

Use font changer to install font that supports your language.. install s2e directly since me v3 is free of any app2sd script or app.. install your favorite launcher and choose as default. Install other themes and apply through theme chooser.. not really hard to do it and not that complex.. just play more and customize it to your liking..

I want to know How to change the apps/menu icon launcher (without installing a new/external launcher - I like my stock rom launcher )
I searched the forum/web and I cant find any ware an explanation on how to do this or if its possible.
my phone is rooted and my rom is 20B if its helps.
I've attached a pic to explain what I want to change.......
by the way, its my first post here but I'm a long time user so.....

u mean change only icons ? if thats the case , then u need a theme manager to change the theme. some themes change only icons, some change everything. but the icon set is inside a theme. themes support specific launchers. so its possible that ur favorite launcher doesnt support ur favorite theme ( for the icons ). the other way around is to use a root explorer and change every little icon manually inside apks.

well... I want to change only the app launcher button icon (u can c in the pic that I attached) and I don't want to change the original rom launcher.
so I guess ill need to do it in the other way that you mentioned.
if u can tell me what to change and where to change (what apk 2 change) it would be great.

Better yet, you can make your own theme. Go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=44609532
You can get everything you need to know about making your own theme there.

if u know what u are looking for then u can find it. the app launcher is not what u are looking for. its called App Drawer. so u are looking for android App Drawer icon.

so... I installed ninjamorph, really nice app that should do it Easley.
but I cant find the app drawer in our phone.
that thread that you provided belong 2 Samsung phones so maybe in our phone (lg 4x hd) its located some ware else ( just an assumption...)
we don't have system/app/secLauncher2.apk.
looked around system/app and I couldn't find the app drawer so...
if anyone can point me 2 the right direction it would be great.......

yea its in there.... and ofc there is no seclauncher2.apk. we dont all have same launcher. ur app drawer icon is inside your launcher apk just like mine is !

the stock one is LGHome3.apk.
since u use an alternative launcher look for it in data/app. apps u install go there. in system/app are the system apps that have root access.
well I found it as u said, it's LGHome3.apk.
used ninjamorfh, exchanged the icons, finished my project and wooow: I soft brick my phone
the launcher disappeared and after reset it was stuck in the logo.
so after about 4-5 nervous hours of pushing apk thru adb, recovery, software reset, wiping it all , download rom, flash stock rom with kdz,
restore my 120 apps, restoring backup files, I was able to bring my 4x back to life as it was before.
so conclusion :
some things don't worth to **** with :laugh: LOL
if u want to change ur app drawer icon don't be hard headed like me, create a theme or install a launcher that can do it.
anyway,

wow did all that happen from just an icon ? how did u do it ? did u deompile the apk and recompile it ?

i guess there is a reason why there is no app that can change manually the app drawer icon, It could get messy.
I used ninjamorph app (root app), it should decompile/recompile the apk automatically.

if it is only for icon , u can just treat the apk as if it was a zip. just open it with the zip manager and force the icon to replace the one u want.
