T mobile only gets 3G if you have 1700+2100 (AWS)

Just wanting to know if it will work on tmobiles 3g or 4g or will it only work on edge? Thanks

EDGE only

It will only work with EDGE because T-Mobile uses different frequency bands. I'm using Simple Mobile and i wish it could have gotten 3G from Simple but it doesnt. =(
Ya i have the xperia play at&t one and it sucks cuz all i get is edge i miss 3g and4g its a big diff like the phone but sucks with edge

There are 2 versions of the Optimus 3D plus the US ATT LG Thrill...if you get the Canadian version from Wind Mobile you will have AWS aka T Mobile 3g data.

Thinking about picking up the note but can't seem to find if it works on the Rogers LTE network here in Vancouver. Anyone using it on Rogers?

This is genius. 2 US networks and others are OTHER. Poll is going to be well flawed.
What is the point of it?
hi everyone,
Does this international device support the new Tmobile (USA) 4G speeds (as of April 2013) ?
if yes, whats the average download and upload speeds in supported Tmobile 4G Cities ?
thanks
It does. Been for a while. And speeds are very good. Sorry I'm to lazy to do a speed test but it's very fast. At least I believe so here in Miami.
it does
I am using this wonderful device with T-mobile, and i get good speeds, like 8mbps download and 1 upload.
Isn't t mobile us 4g just hspa+ ?

So they tout 3g as 4g. In my opinion that's misleading. Although you can get decent speeds on HSPA+. I get 8mbps down and 5 up on 3 in UK. Works out quicker than my mates LTE iPhone in London. Quick is one thing. Selling it as tech it ain't is another!

Hello all,
I will be transferring from Canada to Tacoma, WA in the next few months and am seeking some advice on what to do with my wife's Rogers Wireless Note 3 (SM-N900W8). She recently used Roger's hardware upgrade program to get the phone and really likes it. If I unlock her phone, will it work on a US carrier? What carriers do you recommend?
Also, if anyone has cable/internet suggestions for the Tacoma / JBLM area they would be appreciated.
Thanks!
It should work fine on T-Mobile or AT&T. Personally I use AT&T but I was on T-Mobile for years.

Thanks, I was hoping to go with Verizon based on their coverage in Washington, but it looks like AT&T would work as well.
Well, Verizon is a CDMA Carrier. They only use a SIM card for LTE connectivity.
Is your phone capable of CDMA and GSM?
