Any way I can install it ?

If I want to use an application from 2.1 on my 2.2 rom can I do it? It is the touchwiz launcher and there is the touchwiz30launcher.apk and touchwiz30laucher.odex, and the 2.2 rom is deodexed, so do I have to do something special for it to work or can I just copy the apk and it will work?
Why not use the 2.2 version?

Hey Guys,
Just flashed a new Gingerbread ROM, and it came with the all blacked out Market. It's hard to read and in my opinion not very good looking.
Does anyone have the stock market to flash from CWM? Or is there an installable apk for this?
Thanks!
Hi,
Is anyone facing problem with installing Sense 2.1 themes on ARHD 1.1? I'm able to install the .apk but cannot find it in the Skins option. It doesn't give me any error.
I installed it directly from the sdcard.
I've flashed the custom virtuous unity rom and now running sense 3.0
However, I cannot download the HTC Notepad that was previously available on my stock ROM.
Any idea where and how I can extract/download it?
Hi,
if you have a backup of your stock rom (i hope) you can expand the images with unyaffs (here), and then copy and install the apk (if it's compatible).
bye
Got it, thanks man
Hello, I've installed this ROM on my Milestone 2: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1216705
And I was thinking if there is a way to put the stock GingerBread Theme on this ROM. I even tried use the UOT Kitchen, but it didn't worked very well for me.
Any tips?
