The next version would bring homescreen widget control.
Can you specify what you mean by "handset controls"?

Looks nice! I've been looking for something that looks as nice as the Samsung Player but ISN'T reliant on the damn TouchWiz frameworks.
Let me know if you need help with any of the artwork!

Thank you for the feedback. I am actually making it such that the app is theme-able, so I would need art or graphics which would be bundled under themes in the settings.
If you can make themes I would bundle them with the app. If you can I would send the template which i used for the "Neon Sketch" (default - hand drawn using GIMP) theme.

10CHAR!

I rather like this.
It's got a minimal feel too it, especially the now playing screen. Goes well with Precision 3.0 I think.
As said before, headset controls, widgets and lockscreen control would make this player a fine choice.
Keep up the good work!

Can yours be controlled on the lockscreen?

Any chance off supporting scrobbling for the lastfm app? You'd have me right there.

Well I know that DoubleTwist can be controlled from the lockscreen, although it just replaces your lockscreen with its own version...or that's the best I can guess.
Im still an Android newbie.
Heck, if headset controls are implemented I'll be sold right there.

Updates
Lockscreen controls .... im not sure i'll be able to do that without help.
The initial idea was that the app would not require anything extra than a phone with music on it - hence it does not require an internet connection - hence reducing the file size.
So.. a version would be made that would have the scrobler and any other features that require the internet.
Thanks guys for feedback on this.
I am working on homescreen widget to control the app.

If you're trying lock screen controls, this may be of help:

not exactly sure what you mean by that, but the doubletwist music player is pretty sweet. You can download the program on your computer, its like a zune/itunes type thing. The best part is it allows you to wirelessly sync your music from computer to captivate over wifi.

I lol'd so hard I almost had soda coming out my nose.
There is a WP7 launcher in the market, and a zune home app. The WP7 launcher us free, zune home pretty cheap. But neither of them handle music, just home screens. So you can have a taste of Zune.
Now the really important question: will the captivate ever get a WP7 port? That would be sweet.

[GAME]Sea Fight(Pomorski boj) - v1.1

I made a game called Sea Fight.
It's basicly a good old battleship game.
I would be very glad, if you tested it out.
Short description:
"Sea Fight" is a game in which two players compete against one another. The goal is to "sink" all enemy ships. The game supports one player against the computer. Two players can play at the same phone, or play at their phone via the Internet.
Key features (for now):
*Play solo vs. computer
*Play with buddy on the same phone
*Play with another player over the net (push notifications) - Beta

I would like to hear some suggestions how to improve the app.
Good idea. Tell me, whether can play with buddy by bluetooth or only by internet ?
No Bluetooth for now... as far as i know, wp7 don't support Bluetooth integration in that way, so hopefully "mango" will change that...
EDIT: I have done some research and it seems that even "mango" has no Bluetooth API so there is no way to implement the multiplayer mode with that... maybe in "tango"

For now you can have just one game...
If you start another, the previous is cancelled.
I just want to make shore, that if someone want to connect to a server, that on the other side is someone, that is ready to play.
But the main problem at this time is, that there is not that much player
I'm just curious... how are the push notifications working? Are there big delays or is it to tolerate?
The game is fun and the response time from when the other play goes is great.
But I don't understand why you need push notifications when you cant save an internet game. I have to finish the game or start over if I need to use another application.

Push notifications are needed to instant send the move from one player to the other (Pl1->server->Pl2).
At the mango update I want to create a server-client based game, so the user experience will be better.
For the multitasking thing... if you create a server, you can go and do what you want (start button). After a player has connected, you receive a toast notification.
But once the game is started, you cannot save a internet game. It's kind of a design flaw I know, but for now it's good enough. Mango will change that...
On single or multiplayer mode that shouldn't be a problem...

Wallpapers have been around forever, in smartphone terms. There are two tribes to the species: Static and Live wallpapers. The static ones don't do much besides simply being aesthetically pleasing. Live Wallpapers on the other hand tend to be busy continuously running animation loop to entertain–or perhaps distract–the phone owner.
I felt that something was missing here with choices available, hence Why I developed this concept of a Wake-Animation wallpaper.
The idea in a nutshell is to have something greeting you everytime you unlock your phone–think of a dog eager to show 'I am your friend, here at your service! –yet won't distract with continuous animation loop.
To built my first WAW I used original art by Stephen Najarian, a talented illustrator working in the Fantasy genre.
The way the app works is: you would set it to both Lockscreen and Homescreen in Settings->Live Wallpapers. When the phone is Locked, you will see lockscreen image that may appear like a puzzle with some ambiguity to interpretation. Once the phone gets unlocked though, the wake animation starts playing, and the pieces to the puzzle fall in place, finally revealing an image from Najarian's series. This short story visually unfolds in under a second, while your Launcher dishes out the icons.
For illustration, here the Locksceen on the left shows fragment of a beast up-close, which may not be that obvious at a first glance.
As you unlock the phone and beast comes to life shooting lightnings all over, it becomes clear this is another one of Najarian dragons awakening.

The Wallpaper app available in Beta at GooglePlay Beta download link
Feedback and suggestions very welcome.
Edit: See this video illustrating the concept:

There should not be an issue with battery consumption, as most animations are under 1sec long. Besides, I am working on a Settings screen now, where you would be able to set how often the Unlock animation will play : once an hour, once a day, every few mins and so on. Stay tuned, another test version comes out in few weeks with this, and screen adjusted for big-screen form factor
Folks this is a preview vid of what's coming

Not sure exactly what you mean by "while I swipe", more detail would help pin it. Since it's not a continuous animation, I am not sure where exactly a lag could happen.
Thanks!
If you are not concerned about the battery life, I would suggest you add a live theme and the wallpapers, It will be really fascinating.
Do you see it just playing in a loop or..?

Very beautiful live screens, I would gladly install them on my phone, but unfortunately my device is too old and the battery will be drain quickly...
It's not a live paper, shouldn't drain battery
Animation is less than a sec
You can play it just once a day
Set animation frequency in Settings: once an Hr, a day and more options
Great idea, i will try this for my phone also...
