I have a custom dock (ADW EX), how do I make it so when I "click" on the SMS on the custom dock, it opens SMS? Do I need some transparent png?
Blank .png
Yeah, when the icons are embedded into the dock, you'll need a blank .png file. I've attached one for you.

how do i make the font under the icons on my home screen smaller? or just remove the words altogether? i have bettercut if that matters. or are there any other apps that can do it?
You need to install advanced launcher. This has an option to remove names from icons on the desktop.
I am trying to figure out the max size of a home screen block, like one were a Icon would be. Or on this case, a widget. I an trying to make custom images that but up against each other using desktop visualizer app. so how big is a 1x1 square?
I want to change the bookmark homescreen icons. I tried better cut and desktop visualizer. Both change the icon, but they're about half the size of a stock app icon.
So is there any way to change an icon, and have it match the size of regular apps?
Hey.
Launcherpro has the default grey icons. Well I want to know how I can use stock icons of phone, messaging, gmail, etc in the dock and not the grey icons?
Adwlauncher lets you do that, when you drag the icon and put it in the dock, but for Launcherpro it does not let you.....
Someone know how it is done?
Thanks.
Press and hold down on the icon you want to change. A box will come up and you can change the icon from there.
How do I put the green messaging icon in the launcherpro dock?
Long press on on the dock & change the shortcut, pick Messaging, default icon

Hey all,
Hope you can provide some assistance. I got an all-white icon set, and modified a few .pngs in Photoshop to add color to match my theme. Backgrounds were transparent, displayed transparent in Photoshop, still opened as transparent after I exported them for web as png-24s with transparency preserved. However, as soon as I drag the icons over to the root of my storage card, my phone (HTC One) displays the once transparent backgrounds as black. What gives? I've tried using Photoshop 7, Photoshop CS6, and GIMP with the same results. I'm I missing something?
