Manually mount usd card - Nook Color General

I have a microsd card with only data on it. It's formatted via my win7 desktop. When I boot with it installed it doesn't mount.
How do I manually mount it with Froyo on ROM? Or should it automount and I have a problem card?
I would greatly appreciate any help!!

Make my sd card not formatted for winimage

Im trying to jailbreak my ps3 and my memory card is formatted with the autonooter image. How do i "undo" the image? I tried reformatting with windows but my guess is that its partitioned or something because it only shows 39.1 mb and its a 2 gig sdcard. Is there an undo or something in winimage lol? Thanks in advance.

[Q] Nookie Froyo - Not able to see the 5GB internal memory after installing froyo

Hi, I installed Nookie Froyo "xe.nook.color-froyo-v2.2-flashable-REV223" to my internal memory. everything works great. but when i connect my nook color to my laptop through usb, i no longer see the nook drive on "My Computer". Am I missing something? On my nook also, it shows the total internal memory as abt 1 gb and not 5 or 8 gb. Can you please advise me? Currently i use microsd card to put my documents, but would like to use the spare internal memory as well, if possible.
Same thing has happened to my but with honeycomb.

howz honeycomb? i tried honeycomb on sd card but it was very slow when compared to froyo. it was a class 4 4gb card. i have a class 10 16gb card but not able to boot honeycomb with it. it is asking for decryption password.
use my nookcolor USB mass storage utility.
internal storage is about 1gb (/data)
5gb storage is on /media. Use the utility..

Yes you can, I did that
But if you don't transfer some things over, you may very force closes in some apps that need days from the sd card

No problems if you are transferring everything over
If you leave out some things you think are useless, like I did, you may have problems. I just transferred what I thought was needed and I had no problems
I do Fat32
I use Airdroid

Most SDcards are already formatted to FAT 32. I use Airdroid https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sand.airdroid
Simply copy ALL from your SDcard to computer, put new card in phone then copy back from PC to phone

It is not possible to install any rom without using a bootable SD. You can use a USB card reader on your mac though to make the SD

Thank you for your reply. I was wondering if the sd can be accessed or formatted through the Nook (via an app on the Nook or on the computer for e.g.)?
