It's a Dutch rom. So naturally, the language would be.....
Just go into settings, Look for the icon that looks like a white keyboard key with an A on it, then tap it. Tap the very first section at the top, and change the language to english.
Then you can root the phone, and uninstall the dutch apps.
It's as official as you're gonna get.

I'm already rooted, how do I uninstall the dutch apps?
Thank you

You're welcome.
Download this app called SGS Tools. http://www.mediafire.com/?xtw16417su40j7b
Open up the app and select "Cleanup System Apps". Select the apps you want to uninstall from the list, then hit menu, then uninstall app.

If you are rooted, market enabler and change to the US sim.
Whats your CSC or how its called? (Flashed a rom with a kies hack and changed to KOR maybe?)
Whats your ROM version anyway?

Thank you pagot! thumbs toes way up
I am using Doc's rom and CSC should be the original coming with it.
If I change CSC or kies registry to KOR, do I still need to install market enabler?
Nooooooooooo I wrote it wrong. My english sucks!!!!
Dont change the CSC . Sorry (was meant if it didnt change to the BAAAAAAAAAD KOR while you were flashing)
Anyway try the market enabler . Just backup your setting on the first screen and on the second just long press to fake the first provider there , which is US.
Already did that and works great! I just ask out of curiosity
About if it would work without. I think not. Some apps are only on some markets for some reason. And I think Hungary doesnt have paid apps yet. link

Don't mean to sound rude, but please learn to use 'search'. This has been answered numerous times.
Common term used for this procedure: side loading apps
Adobe Flash 10.1? It's in the Market.
Here's a video that shows how to sideload apps: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4axv2jXBR-M
You can use my program here to sideload apps. Just press install app on the right side and choose the apk file on your computer.
Mod, please close thread. ferls, please consult http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=919816

Doesnt make any sense. How did you got 2.3.2 leak (never through kies)if its not rooted? (or wasnt before)...
How do you expect install some other version of swype if you cant erase the system app , for that you need root rights?
Installing languages to an existing swype works on some custom roms . Not sure on stock. You are custom or stock? And did you check out the 2.3.2 thread?
As I said I bought my phone yesterday and I use stock rom. I checked the settings where i found that the the firmware edition is 2.3.2. the problem is that swype does not contain any language by default and i can not add any . i need Greek and English.
thanks

You wanna tell me you bought the phone in a normal shop (not second hand, or ebay etc) . And you have on it the stock 2.3.2 ? And swype languages are missing?
Well if this is the case then please take it back as they screwed you big time and ask for your money back or a working phone. This should be covered by your warranty.
Try to to do a factory reset before though.
But I still believe (kinda know, check the 2.3.2 thread) you got yourself a phone that was already rooted and the leak flashed. If thats the case and I am 99 percent sure.
Root it and put the 2.3.3 on it. You will have english. And no idea what other languages are there.
Or get the rom that was originaly for your phone meant.
Here the link to the BETA LEAK that you have installed there is also some links to the SWYPE FIX http://goo.gl/Zo0Pt
EDIT: Swype wont be your only problem though. Put on it the newest ROM (includes, root, odin etc). OR warranty repair (you walking back, yelling at the sellers and asking them for your money back). Your only 2 real options

[Q] Market crash

Hi,
I installed a new rom that comes with a modded market (called transparent market) -
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1279927&highlight=Galaxy+Rom
It happened at the first time, and after re-flashing the rom several times due to other reason the market still crash sometimes when I try to enter some of my apps. I already tried to clean data as well.
How do I know if it's due to the modded version of the market or something else is causing this? Can I reinstall the original market somehow?
Regards,
Yaron
Wiping data from market updater (using Titanium backup) didn't help either. I'd appreciate some help
go in setting > language and keyboard > select ur language
hope this helps
bcoz this worked for me
I'm sorry but I don't see how this has anything to do with the market. you're talking about the device language which I already chose mine - English, what does it have to do with my problem about the market?
bro
i knw that
my device also had english language
when u go in that language section u get english with various countries
like for me i choose English- India
OK, I was on English US and switched to English UK but still the same error. It might has something to do with it since the original language of the ROM was Italian.
I'll try to speak with the developer perhaps its not only my problem

if you change the language in system settings it should change all into the desired language.... not too sure abt 3rd party apps tho but i reckon some will change too....
correction to your above sentence you dont use a rom to root.... you root first then flash a rom. you can root using the methods stated in Nooby's thread
for OB now we have quite a couple of custom roms check
Noobys thread
and now i see there is another new one based on GB called "LEZO Rom" but am not too sure abt the language support on that one
the Cyanogen rom is still a nightly so unless you know how to muck ard with your phone id recommend you wait till they have a stable release.
or alternatively after root you could just remove non important apps and see how it goes from there first (that's what i did =P) a list of stock apps which are safe to remove can be found here
hope this helps..... oh and give thanks to the OP of the individual threads =)

Hi,
Thanks for all this information, i has seen this nooby post, help a lot.
Still CyanogenMod is a nightly rom, i think there are no big problems to use it.
I hope, that the ICS come soon to our phone; so i think its better that use a custom rom.
Thanks again.
