As suggetsted by myself, TreyDaPrince and countless other XDA members, i am embarking on a mission to filter out all the WL Themes from the clutter in which it's suffocting in. Since this is currently a solo attempt, i ask you to bear with me. Of course if anyone would like to lend a hand and assist me im sure the community aswell as myself would greatly appriciate it. My plan is to have a "Master Thread" built by the community.
If interested in helping shoot me a PM and i will designate a couple pages for you to work with and i can add you to the list of credits.

IMPORTANT:
Please, please, please DO NOT post questions or request in this thread. This thread is only for THEME RELEASES. I don't want this thread to turn out like the Widgetlocker thread where people kept asking questions and writing "useless" comments.
The reason I'm creating this thread is because I have less time to always update the OP or FIRST PAGE of the other MIUI Lockscreen Theme thread. This will also give the themers to have their themes viewed by everyone.
NOTE:
If you want to thank a themers for making a theme, PRESS the THANK button, don't write a post thanking theme.
If links for the themes don't work, please SEND A PM to the themer instead of posting in this thread.
If you have a request to make, please SEND A PM to the themer.
I will add the username of the THEMER next to each theme.
The original MIUI Lockscreen Theme thread will remain open for any requests and FAQs
qHD PHONES:
Some of these themes will not work with qHD screens and some will. Please do not post on this thread if the theme is not compatible with your phone's sccreen size.

Thanks to xavierjohn22, his zipper lockerscreen theme inspired me, but the implementation was not the best way, I leveraged his stuff to make some separated resource images, and changed the manifest. Use "advanced" technology like masks to make if more natural. check it out, feel free to mod it as you like.
rename zip to mtz. choose a good lockscreen wallpaper, you know that.

My name is Denis Mijolovic and I come from Croatia (for those of you that don't know, it's near Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Slovenia). I really love video games, and since I've been doing some graphic design (mostly as a hobby), I came up with an idea to make this theme. ​

Yep, I'll make icons of turned off services more yellowish! As the matter of icons, I'll try. (problem is I'm doing it on iMac, and saturation is a bit bigger). As the matter of battery, I'll try to make each one of those battery mods in these colors.
EDIT:
The battery is pretty light by itself, so white text can't be written inside. Only At the side (verticaly).

Im still running hydrog3n but will flash to paranoidandroid if your theme will be realy pro ;D Im looking for a gold/yellow ish theme for a long time already didnt found one when ics started I had it on GB with a jkay theme and since then I didnt found a gold/yellow theme. the real color im looking for is this one;

I was also concerned about lack of ICS CM9 themes out here. They're all the same! I wanted to make something different !
Although it might take us some time for theme creation since I've got bunch of final exams to study for :,(! But as soon as the summer comes, you can expect new theme! (If this one goes well).

Yep, keyboard will be made ! I also want animated notifications (different from default), but it's about developer to decide.

Of course there will be many theme variations, including black 'n' white since it's the most neutral. This is the main color since it's game related, but we are surely going to expand our color range and make some new themes during the summer (I hope)!

1. Download the theme and check that the MD5 Sum matches.
2. Transfer the theme to your internal memory on your device.
3. Reboot to recovery (I tested with TWRP)
4. Locate the theme on your internal memory and choose to install. (I didn't use any wipes, but you can wipe cached and dalvik cache if you would like.)
5. Once it's done flashing, reboot and enjoy the wickedness!!!!!!​

Directions for installing TWRP Theme's:
1. Navigate to your TWRP folder on your internal sdcard.
2. Create a folder and name it "theme" (without quotes) inside the TWRP folder.
Example: /sdcard/TWRP/theme
3. Download the Wicked TWRP theme zip and rename it ui.zip ( You don't have to add .zip because it's already in zip format)
4. Place the ui.zip inside the theme folder you created.
Example: /sdcard/TWRP/theme/ui.zip
5. Reboot into recovery and the theme should show up.
If you decide you don't like the theme, you can just delete the ui.zip inside the theme folder and you will go back to regular TWRP look.​

It would probably break a lot of things on Viper Rom, so I wouldn't suggest it. They have so many amazing mods built in. If i get more time in the future, I may try to make a version for it.

I have no experience in converting to holo light so I'd better stay with dark UI Maybe someday...

this is probably the closest L theme ive found so far, really nice work buddy, very minimalistic look and clean
some suggestions
-keep it simple and flat UI overall, buttons, frames etc...
-remove lines in pop up dialog
-white backgrounds with colored headers
-dark semi transparent notification background
keep it up, you have huge potential to make this big i have faith in you buddy :good:
edit: found some bugs in the settings, some words are grey and cannot be seen, applies to other sections of settings as well

First of all, thank you all for huge support!
I'll fix that grey font on next update after weekend. And maybe theme quicksettings too
