What is the easiest way I can change the color of my signal bars and speed icon (H, 3G...) In the notification bar at the top of my screen?

All of those icons are in the framework-res.apk file. You can use one of those battery icon changers to update the file. You would want to take the framework-res.apk from your phone, edit it and replace the other one from the battery changer you find.
There is a guide in the themes section.

Does anyone know how to add the icon pack v6 to your status bar. It has a glow behind the numbers in the 4g logo. Basically I need to know how to flash frameworks or change them.

In gb It used to be in systemUI.apk but i cant seem to see any images that i changed last time in ics.
This is what i did in gb (ported rajaspideys ios notification) and would like to do the same in ics. Any ideas?

hi there, is there any tips for preventing the screen burn in for our SIII Mini? i see in the samsung shop some of the display is already got burn in on the status bar, is there any tips? right now im using Benzrom v4.1.
Dont always use full brightness, either half way or down full should be fine.

and i want to ask another question, is it better to have the full black status bar (the pixel turned off like on the benzrom v4.1) or the original one(grayish status bar) to prevent the burn in? or anyone can help me to have a transparent status bar or hide the status bar? any help will be very appreciated :good:
Most launchers such as apex let you hide your status bar in apex settings/home screen then scroll to the bottom.

So i assume youre saying that black status bar like in the benzrom is saver than the grayish one like in the sammy official rom?
sorry to post in this old thread again, but i've been using benzrom v6 with the black status bar, but NOW i really do notice my status bar burn in is getting worse, now im getting really annoyed and confused.. :crying: any advice ??? is the black status bar the culprit for my getting worse status bar,, because when im using the stock rom i dont notice any burn in but just scared and want to prevent the screen from burn in . but now after using this black status bar i do notice it has the one i fear , BURN IN :crying:
do you know "display tester" app? you can buy pro of that app to fix burn in.. fix burn in with noise... try all.. but THERE IS ALWAYS A RISK..
I was wondering if there were some way to make the notification bar on a custom rom transparent but keep the time and everything on it color and visible without pulling the bar down?
