Hi am newbie in Windows Mobile, my phone right now is 1week old, earlier i was just doing some stuff to my X1, i just installed the HTC TOUCH FLO EXPERIENCE, but now i really don't like it, it makes my phone messed-up, like applications very slow, is not really that good IMHO, now i want to remove this and i want to restore my WINDOWS MOBILE w/ OFFICE OUTLOOK, so please help me..

Did you flash a cooked rom or just installed tf3d?

i did a x1_hardspl flash and installed it..
does anybody know here how to remove this HTC Touch-It?
please help..

do you know which i should choose?
choose the latest r2a of your country.
if u r in a country without a rom like me (Greece) choose Generic_UK_R2A0010

btw read hard spl sticky again to see how u can go back to stock hardspl (u dont have to ,just for warrany reasons )
i tried 3 of them i think they're all the same, they're all HTC software, i am looking for the stock X1 software, i mean the stock windows, not htc..

you can choose generic rom from this forum

Some maybe HTC but most of them are stock updated ROMs especially the R2A

I've been looking all over for this and I don't seem to find a way to reset my X1 to the way it was, when I bought it. (I want to get WM 6.1 back)

You can download XDAndroid 2.1. I use it,and its pretty good.You dont need to delete WM because you are emulating the Android so,if you reset the phone,you`ll be back on WM.Now,the problem is,I dont know what is the best radio for battery life,I made a thread about that,so if you want,follow that and wait for answers.Bye.
Hello guys. Pretty noob here
A friend of mine owns a Topaz and he would be grateful if he could run Android on it. I read several posts and instructions and I'm almost sure I can help him. But I have one question for you... I tried only once to install a custom rom (on a Kovsky) and I made it first try... I remember changing some values in the registry with TotalCommander (if I'm not mistaken) and HardSPL-ing my phone before I could flash a custom ROM. Are those steps mandatory to run FRX07.1 on a stock Topaz or I just follow those instructions and nothing else?
