Hey guize... I'm using barnical wifi tether to play Xbox live, I can play but I lag... I was wondering if there were any settings to optimize performance. Or rather if anyone knows them lol...

Also I get the red message all the time, but I can still play... and yes I have the wpa_supplicant skipped....

I have tried this and no matter what you do Cricket's 3G network just can't keep up with the bandwidth demand of online game play. In my opinion, the Wireless Tether app works better than Barnacle. No errors for me. I used to get errors all the time with Barnacle.

You also can't properly forward ports and theres no UpNP support.

Don't I need a custom rom with netfilter enabled kernel just to run that app?

At this time the Zio doesn't have any custom roms or modified kernels. I believe that there could be custom roms built with the support of devs for the Zio.

So don't know if anyone has tried this yet, I did a forum search for it but no success.
Gameloft released a MMORPG for the iOS and also a select group of Android devices but Honeycomb wasn't included. I installed the game on my G2 and did a titanium backup and brought it over to my Xoom. Disabled the compatibility check through Spare Parts and was able to get the game to run just like it looks on the iPad.
This game is great, first 3 months free, then .99 cents per month. This is basically like a Mobile WoW feel for me and it's great. The thing is you have to be on Wifi to play it but I've been able to play it on 3G just fine leaving my Wifi active but not connected to a network.
Just a fun find.

The game is $6.99, so he would not be able to post it here.
Its a fun game on the Xoom but force closes alot. A few of us discovered this about a week ago in the two main game threads(squarebare's and mine ).

Trying to watch HBOgo from browser. Set as desktop user agent. I can get to the log in screen but the keyboard won't pop up to enter credentials. Doesn't seem like curser is even getting to text field. Its a flash site I think.
Can anyone tell me how to watch HBO go? Must watch game of thrones!
If it matters, I am running stock, but am rooted. Tried with dolphin browser.

I got the LTE 8.9 running stock and rooted. I'm using Dolphin HD and I can go there just fine set as desktop agent. I'm watching the game of thrones and other movies and shows fine. No issues.

Just thought I'd mention as I cant see it posted anywhere that "Spotify Web" works great on N7 using the latest Firefox browser with flash installed, great now they have dropped the five play restriction on free accounts.

Flash is disabled by default in Firefox, have you enabled it in settings?
Yep that worked for me, I previously had plugins set to tap to activate, changing to enabled did the trick. Brilliant find I can now use my free Spotify account on my tablet without premium to make the app work.
It doesn't work with the the screen off or with Firefox in the background but it's handy none the less.

Forgot to mention there are a few addons for firefox to keep it in desktop mode to save you switching it manually, I'm using the "Desktop by default" addon.
Thanks, this will come in handy for the music I can't find on music unlimited, they had to lift the 5 tune restriction because people went to other premium services for less, got to pull people back in somehow.

Onto actual topic: I notice whilst using my S III (Sprint) (the ROM is CM 10.1.2-d2spr) when I click on mobile data from the profile page (when you bring down the bar on top right corner) it shows an 'x'. However, the mobile data isn't actually disabled you have to go manually to aeroplane mode (which is kind of a downer for me because I don't have any connection where I am and am running on Wi-Fi) and then go to Wi-Fi to turn it back on. This isn't a big deal and I'm definitely not whining, just giving my experience/thought.

Same goes for me in Sweden, Paper Garden not supported in my country. Maybe it'll work with a proxy but that's waaaay outside of my knowledge box..
