I was messing with this last week. The XYBoard apk also works fine on the Xoom.

any specific permission that must be checked?
i installed on my OG 3G xoom and it closes immediately upon clicking the app. i am running the latest team rogue cm9 kang if that makes any difference.

I am running it on my stock wifi Xoom and it works, although is sluggish at time. I did not need to do anything special other than install and open. It will hang occasionally, but works more often than not.

hmm, strange. i downloaded it from the db link above and installed just fine. but it just wont open. i'll try downloading it to my pc and moving it over manually.

Seems like a really nice app just to bad you have to pay a monthly/yearly fee to use it. Kinda sucks

It appears on the market if you enter via webpage or at Beejive's site (where you can download a trial). http://www.beejive.com/android

I tried the trial from beejive web, but it seems not honeycomb optimized..

I got the same feeling but I went to look at the version and it's the latest one. The same that on market says it's optimized...

OK...just downloaded the trial...where is the settings button? Lol...or am I missing something?

Pandora did the same thing. They finally optimized it for HC but they missed the menu button on the buttom. Few days later, a update rolled around. I am sure this is the case since beejive is running properly.
Give it a bit...Im sure they will update -- Or if you want to be sure, contact their support ;-)

Kinda found out something...
The BeejiveForFacebook (which is free) also has been updated. So I tried downloading it as a test and it says something like "download canceled, your device is not compatible". So apparently they added support for HC but not for Xoom! GREAT JOB Beejiveians!!!

That's like saying "They added support for microsoft office for windows 7, but not for dell machines"...
Like I said, just give them time.

I understand what you are saying, I just wrote what appeared in my Xoom. Probably Beejive does not support HC 3.0.1 just 3.0...

Probably stick with trillian on my xoom since it works well till they polish up more on beejive lol

when i saw this i originally got all excited but then i looked in the market and its still not there. Then I went to their website and downloaded the demo and it is no way optimized for honeycomb. So now its back to using trillian while I wait for a proper "optimized for honeycomb" version of my favorite

[FIX] Hulu on CM7

Well I searched around the forum to see if anyone had posted something like this but haven't found it. There were a few people who complained about flash videos/Hulu not working in the CM7 thread for the brand new CM7 release.
It does work (stock browser) if you go "More->Settings->Select User Agent" and change it to like Linux Desktop or IE6. Still running Flash 10.3 as well. I also clicked on the first ad when it came up. Some of the ads don't work (black screen with audio) but that didn't bother me much.
If someone else has already posted this or it wasn't a real problem then sorry for the post!
On a bad note, if you think this new release drained your battery before watching hulu....

Are you running a hacked version of flash or the market version? Comes up as not supported for me on the market version.

Order and Chaos stopped working on xoom...

After the new update with the dungeon the apk does not go past the gameloft screen after re-pushing the apk from my phone with gameloft support. Has anyone else that plays order and chaos on the xoom expierence the same after the update?

The game was working flawlessly with the team tiamat rom I was using untill yesterday night when the 1.1 update arrives. Now it just force closes after startup. I am so addicted to this game and I REALLY need for someone to find a solution to this.
Stupid lameloft you had 2 months to port it on Xoom like you did with Nova 2 but you preffered to port it on Facebook for more cash...

I edited the build.prop with jrummys root tools and followed this thread:

Netflix out on Market for Xoom

Netflix today release its app for Honeycomb. Should be able to update it in your Market.

I just get the word NETFLIX and a spinning circle when I try to launch the market app.
I'm running Tiamat 2.2.1

I'm running stock and is working great. Seems like a lot of the lag is gone with the menus. You might try uninstalling any previous version first.

mine as well is locked on the netflix loading. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the market and nothing.

It was either my Tiamat 2.2.1 or something wrong with my GPS.
I moved to 2.2.2 and re-launched it, I saw the GPS signal in the status bar for a few seconds and then I was taken to the login screen. And now it works in Canada on rooted Xoom's!

I got Netflix in my Xoom and it´s working great even with ICS...

Netflix is working great on my Xoom with teamEOS nightly 65.

So, I've done some reading and I can't tell. I'm assuming since most of the posts are at least 4 months old, that the Netflix on Xoom issue is over, but my new Xoom is in the mail so I'm curious:
Is Netflix just another app available in the market or do I need to sideload?

It's an app that's been available for the Xoom for quite sometime. Download from the market, have a credit card ready and you're set.
And I'd like to add....Welcome aboard!!!!
