[APP] Loaded Coin Toss -[R]- 3/3/11 -[V]- 1.0 - Windows Phone 7 Apps and Games

Name: Loaded Coin Toss
Loaded Coin Toss is not just another Coin Toss app. Loaded Coin Toss is a simple yet nice looking Coin Toss app that you can force the outcome to be whatever you choose. Play tricks on your friend or win that bet! Just hitting the "Flip the coin" button will result in a random outcome. It includes a counter for number of heads and tails, so you can hit it over and over to assure your unsuspecting victim it is random. Then, with a slight of hand subtly tap anywhere in the regions highlighted in the second screenshot before clicking the "Flip the coin" button and it will guarantee your outcome! After your "loaded" flip, it reverts back to normal (random) mode, so if your victim suspects foul play they can keep hitting the button over and over to see that it truly is random!
Devious!
Loaded Coin Toss, use it as a real random picker or trick your opponent!
Uses very little disk space and system theme, loads fast.
Available for free on the Market Place.

Need a few things for my tilt

I'm in the midst of getting my tilt to be just where i want it to be, custom speaking.
I need help finding the following.
1)Is there a free weather program that I can run, that does NOT sit in my today screen, that will show me radar and dopler maps of weather for my (city/zip code/etc)? I know I can pull up a site in a browser, but i want this. Also, preferably one that can sit in the background and keep updating. and one that might show a movie clip or animated gif so it moves
2)Is there a free add-on for PIE that adds a "find" function and also tabs. With the tabs, I'd prefer one that doesnt add a huge thing at the bottom to click between, as browser space is already limited.
3)I'm running Rhino battery status on my today. and I love it. But i'm 1-2 pixels short so now I get scroll buttons. Is there a thinner battery status, or better yet, for the HTC Home buttons that already shows the battery meter, is there a way to turn that into a % instead of the ||||| graphic?
4)Does anyone know of a free lnk editor? smart.lnk wont install. at least the versions that I tried. total commanders lnk creation is clunky at best.
thanks!
for the weather you may like this one.....

Diamond Dreams (What would you like the future to hold)

Some day soon when the master chefs have totally pwned the HTD Diamond Rom I would love to see the following things happen on my device
1. When switching back to the TF3D home screen and the the time "Cards" fall down wouldn't it be cool if there was a very subtle feedback like in Teeter so you can feel the clock change
2. Some Feedback when sliding between pages in TF3D
3. A lot more G Sensor interaction, 2 shakes answers the call a quick flip over rejects the cal etc I know this will be hard to do and use as there will be a lot of unwanted motion when removing the phone from your pocket etc but it would still be cool.
4. Anti theft alarm. Set app and it gives you 10 seconds to put the phone down and then arms itself. if its picked up it beeps for 5 seconds until you put the pin in or it starts to scream "Help I'm Being Stolen" "Stop Thief Put me Down"
I'm sure there are loads more add your Diamond Dreams here

Help?!?! GameBoid

First game I'm trying to play is Legend of Zelda The Minish Cap.
It runs flawlessly fast, but Whenever i try to use A or B buttons. Example, my shield. I can't just hold it or it keeps making it come out and go away and makes link slide towards the bottom of the screen. Help?
Try changing the assigned key and seeing if it fixes it.
Never had that problem. Sounds like the keys you are pressing are assigned to rapid-fire. Try the two below them, or redefine them as Minifig suggested.

Things I've learned about apps on rooted Color Nook...

I dove in and bought two Color Nooks and spent many hours getting it "just right", in terms of usability for apps - mostly due to the Back or Menu buttons not staying put on the CN, which means having to hit the Home button to get out of the app.
I used autonooter, version ending in 18. It went fine, once I got Java SDK installed.
App-wise:
Movies: The trick is to use Root Explorer to open them. MixZing keeps the menu bar showing, which is nice. With Zimly, stop the movie and double tap to do a Back. The stock Movies/Gallery has a Back button on a single tap.
Music: PlayerPro keeps the notification bar and is a very good player. Doesn't have cover flow, but none of them do. Cubed is close, but it uses blown-up version of small album cover uimages, so it looks like crap. PlayerPro has a nice scrolling screen of large cover images. MixZing is great because it has a built-in EQ... very nice. But, not as sexy in the cover display department. But it does keep the notification bar so you can do a Back while a song is playing.
Launcher: Zeam is the only way to go. I use LauncherPro on my HTC Incredible, but it's not as flexible as Zeam. You can remove all the icons except the app Drawer to keep it clean. You can also configure swipes for toggling the notification bar and "expanding" notifications.
Screen: LCD Display is great for testing different resolutions. I've found that 220 works well. Bigger icons and text, yet you can still see the notifications balloon on the left and the time.
Browser: Dolphin works well. Pinch zoom works.
Reader: Kindle works very well, though the Kindle Store doesn't work so much. Just click to go to the Home for Amazon, and it brings up the browser and you can buy/download whatever you like. Go to Archive to see the new books you've downloaded and then move them to Home. The B&N apps, in general, don't work so well at the new screen size of 220. but they work. I just use Kindle to keep it clean.
Picture Gallery: Really couldn't find one that had a Back button!! The stock Gallery app is fine, though, I suppose. Nothing fancy, but it works, and is better than having to reconfigure the Volume keys to get a Back button. Tempted to reconfigure the Home button to do that, but... not sure that's a good idea. Kinda like having Home available for a quick jump back to sanity.
Adding AnReboot app helps while rooting and making changes later.
Outside of that, feel free to add anything I missed.
why not just use home switcher and avoid all this hassle?
bind soft keys to the N button for one click and home screen for 2 clicks problem solved
Thank you for sharing your findings.
Have you tried ADW Launcher yet? I tried Zeam but gravitate toward ADW.
Button Savioir works great for me, I find soft keys to be intrusive but to each there own.
As far as launchers go Zeam is nice, I like how the dock sets its self up but ADW has much more options and is why I choose it over Zeam. I just wish I could have more than 5 spots on my dock.
I also just gave your 220 LCD density a try and it cuts my time in half, put the hour above the minutes and I can barely see the notification area.

Click to collapse
I'll second it. This is a must have app, solves all your "back problems."

Android Studio design grid snapping issues

For some reason, when I'm designing my app, the buttons I place are getting attached to each other. They look separate but when I try to move one button, they all move the same distance even though only the one button is selected and shows the selection outline. It takes several tries normally to move only one button. I've also noticed that naming them with the "id" field is a hassle. I accidentally named two of them the same and now if I rename one, the other is renamed too.
Am I doing something wrong? Also, is there a way to tune down the grid-snapping feature? Or even to turn it off completely? I find that it snaps things together way too soon. I wanted to place my buttons close together because I'm making a calculator app. But it's proving to be a real pain placing the buttons in a grid pattern. Is Android Studio really this finicky or is there just a couple options I can change to make it more user-friendly?
