Download es file explorer and es bookmark.
After both are installed you can search through your storage and long press to create a shortcut.

You can certainly create and name new folders on the phone and place your files in those, or you could transfer folders from your pc to the phone with activesync. But once you click to install the cab files, you can't then choose the path to install to your folders, it'll only let you select to install to internal storage or device. Then it will install to the program files folder in either 'Internal Storage' or 'My Device.' Having said that, there might be some app or tweak around that allows you to do it.
ya,got any app can do that?programe too many icon, need to arrange ...in folder

try to go through settings\applications\manage applications , then try to find there is its there uninstall it and install it again ..
another solution , if u using ADW launcher , u have to reset it but before do a back up for the settings . then reset it and it will appear in case if u can't see it here , or u just do the 1st step
hi,
today i downloaded a txt file from a email attachment bt i cant find it anywhere same is with zip file does anybody know how to access download folder or how to access these files
Generally speaking, you can't. You can open them again from email, and (for apps which support this) you can save them after opening - for example, a text file that you open in Word can be saved to the Office hub - but the actual temp folder used for downloads is not accessible to anything except the app that does the downloading.
Yep but you *can* get the file(S) from that temp folder. Search store for*downloader*

Hello all,
I think i stumbled onto something and want to tell others as it took a while for me to figure it out.
What you need:
ES FILE EXPLORER (from amazon app store, share it with the free time profile)
APP YOU WANT TO SIDELOAD INSTALLED TO PRIMARY PROFILE
GOTOAPP (from amazon app store, share it with the child profile)
Make sure the ES File Explore app is shared to the child profile. And that the app you want to load in freetime mode is installed on the primary profile.
Then go to the child profile, open ES File Explorer.
Click the Apps icon from the homepage, click on the app you want to sideload and then click view app content.
Select all the items and copy them to a new folder in your Downloads folder.
Then select all items inside that folder and zip the files to a .zip file.
After doing so rename the file and change .zip to .apk. Then open the GoToApp and open the docs app from it then select the apk file and enable unknown sources installation and install.
You now have it installed on the freetime profile and can use the GoToApp to load it. (Also you can use the Kids Folder app from amazon store to load sideloaded apps as well)
