Terrific work.
I'm curious. Why use Weather Panel when WAD2 has a weather function built in?
SIDE NOTE: The new WAD2 is pretty insane with what you can do with it. Where's the XDA love?
who the f... is Asus ?
These are modified from the work of Greatball and Poorlyduck. All I did was change the color and change the size for VGA. The VGA Dialer is not done yet as the Diamond has a different format than previous models. I will post it as soon as I have it working.
For the Comm Manager you will need to install Greatball's M2D Comm Manager and then paste the appropriate resolution files into your Windows folder.
For the Dialer, you need to install Poorlyduck's M2D dialer and then paste the files into the Windows folder. THIS DIALER DOES NOT WORK ON THE DIAMON OR TOUCH PRO!!! I will post a VGA dialer for those phones as soon as I have it made.

taskbar at 240x16...
noticed the double edge of Planet Earth on the first pic?
Actually, it's 18px height.
YES! it looks perfect at 240x18... thanks Livven for the correction.
so how come 240x26 is used by theme makers?
taskbar at 240x18...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
spot the difference...
taskbar 240x16...
taskbar 240x18...
I think because the old taskbar had 26px in height... and, actually, most theme makers did not change the original taskbar image, and thus didn't care for the height of the taskbar.
In fact, MS has also left the softkey-highlight images from the older COM2 WM6.5 builds in their default theme (another legacy ).
thanks again Livven!
Hello all,
I have found that some WM6.5.3 ROMs has icon-themed themes and label-themed themes. This is the default icon-themed:
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
When in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\BubbleTiles" you will set:
1. "TextModeEnabled" on "0" (soft-reset the device) then you will see iconized buttons (e.g. lock icon) - Windows Mobile default.
2. "TextModeEnabled" on "1" (soft-reset the device) then you will see text-labeled buttons (e.g. you will see only "Lock" label instead of the lock icon).
usefull and interesting keyreg edit
ty
i was tring it too.. but i was editing the lock image wiith a text on photoshop, your way is much better
Try these on Cloudy 1.9 for HD but didn't worked
Have you performed the soft reset? I had Cloudy ROM v1.9 and this worked ;o)
I spoked too earlier, only on the start menu that the text labels are replaced by the icons
