This is a good animation, I think it is better than stock CM.
I take no credit at all.... I'm just bringing it to the Nexus S side...

I had the same problem. What i did was, 1) delete the original bootanimation.zip and rename the cyanbootnanimation.zip to bootanimation.zip

dude the upload site your using put me through like five links and over four minutes of waiting. any better options?
A boot animation themed like the newer ubuntu ones.
If anyone has any suggestions for improvement let me know
EDIT: I just realized that i should probably post how to install this...
for CM7 and a couple other roms put it in /system/media/bootanimation.zip
and for the stock rom/sense based it goes at /system/customize/resource/bootanimation.zip
I've read that for sense based it may need to be called VZWbootanimation.zip or something along those lines just replace whatever is there.
permissions need to be set at rw-r--r-- or an upside down L on the left side in root explorer if you don't understand that.

so i cant just Flash it on Clockwork?
this is just the actual boot animation file that goes into the file system... you can just put it there with root explorer or the like.
doesn't get extracted by the way. you just need to rename the zip file

I'll mess with it and see if i can't duplicate your results. I tested it on CM7
das bamf 1.6.1 non themed. i put the file into the correct place, replaced it with the old bootaninmation, thats all i did

Landscape!
Since the Dell Streak boots in landscape, I had to rotate the files sideways and swap the pixel values in the desc.txt.
Displays in fullscreen for me now. =P
Attached, just in case anyone else with a Streak wanders in.
Can I just squee here for a little while. Thanks. Can't wait, this should be perfect for my TBolt when I get it later this month. (may even need to preview it on my DInc, for the early squee factor.)

Thanks so much, this is brilliant!
im using CM6, so i use AOSP right?
how to flash? any topic has instructions on installing bootanimation?
Fantastic!!
Love it!
So, for Galaxy S II, simply copy bootanimation.zip into /system/media/ folder and restart!
Hi, does one need to have a custom firmware ?
I got a Nexus S with stock ROM.
or how do you flash it ?
BTW, +1 too to make it a live wallpaper.
Great job anyway

All credit goes to the developers
I didn't put this in Apps/Themes section because I wouldn't quite call it a theme.
However, enjoy!
Right Click, then Save As to download
ICS Wallpapers
Install Only
Raw Wallpapers(No APK)
4.0 Market
/system/app/ remove(Regular app), reboot, then replace. Use Root Explorer for this
Galaxy Nexus Bootanimation
Flash with Clockworkmod
bootanimation.zip file
replace in /system/media/ with root explorer
Google+ 2 from ICS
If replace does'nt work, uninstall first.
Honeybread theme. (for icons and indicators)
Requires CM7
Lockscreen
There is also a free version
If you want, you can use this Launcher. Functionality is limited (Fake Task Switching), but it will give you the "ICS" look
If i missed anything just let me know.
I've mirrored all these links to my personal site for the time being, links kept expiring

Ps- Have you ever used Smu****.com to reduce the file size in your images? I was able to remove 5% of the file size on the most of the JPGs.
Probably not a huge deal but with this many frames it may make a difference in I/O speed during boot.
I did followed the instructions but I get the rom's boot animation. My Samsung Galaxy SII is rooted. What do I have to do?
