help me the camera wont start when i press the camera botton wont star
Get your hand away fro mthe proximity sensor and try again.
in think the problem is something with the tmobile rom
i tap the camera icon then the cel showme a blackscreen and return to de app menu
please some one help me
what camera icon. the camera button is on the side of the phone. sometimes it gets stuck for some people (I have read about it, but not had the problem)
i dont think the problem was the button
is something with the software i think

Im not able to open the camera app on my HD7 by pressing the camera button.
No matter if its locked or not.

Press fully and hold for about a second until it vibrates. Also, make sure not to put your fingers on the proximity sensor, since if it doesn't detect ambient light it'll think it's inside a bag/pocket and you pressed accidentally, so it won't turn on.
Are you sure you pressed strong enough?
The button is a bit weird. It's a 2-step button and you have to press it to the second step. (I hope you understand what I mean)
Thanks guys. While I found out about the two step button myself (after trying desperately to take a picture ) It seems I never pressed long enough (and probably covered the sensors a couple of times too)
Well...my camera button on HTC HD7 is giving me some serious problem. It works sometimes but other times even if i click it very forcibly, it doesn't work. In such situations, i can launch camera from apps list, but how do i take pictures without camera button working properly...pls help??

my built-in camera has a lag problem sometimes. When i entered camera mode it will show the visual but i'm unable to snap picture. All of the camera buttons stop responding. The way for to exit camera mode is to press home button and select my which launcher i want or i can just hold the power button and restart my device. Or i just hold the home button to multitask mode and select other applications.
Basically it is frustrating when you want to snap pictures of event but make you look like fool cuz suddenly your camera ain't working if you know what i mean.
It happen since i run Advanced Systemcare mobile and since i update from Gingerbread to ICS. But i don't think that's the real problem. So i hope you guys can help me out. Thank you

You gave the possible options yourself:
- Remove ASm.
- Reset your device (save your data, be sure to be on a safe kernel and all the usual warnings related to the brick bug)
- Or install a GB stock Rom with Odin again.
After every step you can compare and check.
Important: if until know you didn't know anything about the danger of bricking your device please be very careful when working with resets - first ask or read here.
The camera button of my phone is only launching the camera and not capturing pics from it.
I m able to capture from touch capture button.
I tried Factory reset but still the same problem.
Can anyone tell my what could be the problem or should i go to the service centre?
Hello to all i have a problem with my phone i take from a random guy from ebay the phone work 4 hours and when i active the fingerprint the phone stuck to black screen with some green **** in the screen sometimes work and for a little bit but the most time is stuck plz anyone know something how to fix this?
Is his huawei ID logged-in or yours?
Try to reformat the phone, turn it off, press and hold power and volume down button until the huawei logo appears and reset the device.
Or you can delete all fingerprint enrolled and then enroll yours again
i cant cuz i open the phone and i cant see nothing black screen

Try opening recovery
press Power-Button + Volume louder button. I would try wiping the phone completely in recovery
