i have one question for you....
I have the gingerbread keyboard in af CWM flash able ZIP file wich i used on my SGS..
now i desperately want Gingerbread keyboard on my Oprimus 2X...
Is it possible to unpack the ZIP file and copy the system folders from the zip file to the system folders on the Optimus 2x with root explorer ???

Can you not just download the Gingerbread Keyboard from the Market and install is as an apk file? dont see any reasons why that wouldnt work

Hi frns since we have root and cwm i thought of porting a theme , this is a work in progress of ics theme...
unfortunately i couldnt make a zip file to flash through recovery so if any one knows how to then u are free to make one and upload , until then extract the zip and replace using root explorer,.

yes the music player was force closing after applying the theme ,so i removed the file until its fixed..
I can make a flashable zip .. though the 4shared link is DOWN ... or we may say you have deleted the file give me the file

Use Go Launcher EX with its ICS theme. I love using my ace plus now.
Can somebody help to extract 28A's keyboard to use in CM10? Just switched to CM10 but found that LG stock keyboard is the best
I have flashed the one extracted from GB rom, but can't add a new line in SMS app, besides everything worked fine
I have extracted the followings from the rom:
-LGEIME.apk
-lib\libjuinputlge.so
-lib\libjni_xt9input_v7.so
-lib\libjni_lgeime_native.so
-lib\libjni_latinime.so
Are all the necessary files included?
Last time I included even more, but when I flashed it, P970 ends in boot loop, so I think I better get some help before try again

as 4.2 keyboard is available, why only stick to ICS
and its only apk file installation is enough..

it will take sometime to use this official ICS APKs
The odex file is like a part of the apk so you need that to.
And it means that you can't use it on cm10.

hi RomWiz, like u said, I tried FM radio APK with odex file in system/app with permissions set on CM10
but not worked, even app not in drawer

Cm10 is not odexed so it wont work with odexed files...

If I deodex the apk and odex file of FM radio, will it be worked?

yup you need to replace it ,since jb browser and ics browser are using same namespace

they are using different names in the system/app folder. can i place it there instead of renaming the ics to the jb one ? i mean the .odex file is only present for the jb browser.

I installed it with it's own name in the system/app folder it works after reboot with the permissions set properly but when i open it it closes instantly with the "internet has stopped working" message. maybe i'm missing the odex file can you please post it? : )

You can find it by yourself downloading a stock ICS rom in developement section. You only have to unpack the flashable zip file and search
system/app in it. After than be sure you have a stock-ics based rom yet. If not you where not able to use these stock apps.
