hello, i downloaded the file now how do i apply it? do i just flash in recovery like im flashing a rom?

do a search for it and ull get all the info you need.

If OP is referring to fastboot to flash firmware files, it's part of the SDK (http://wiki.cyanogenmod.com/index.php?title=Fastboot)
If OP is referring to 'HTC Fast Boot' which allows you to hibernate the phone and then boot up 'quickly', it's something being working on by the CM team and may be part of CM6.1 (http://androinica.com/2010/09/28/cyanogenmod-6-1-may-be-getting-htcs-fast-boot-feature/)

This is just another Recovery.. and only works for STOCK ROM at OB,, i've tested it on CM7 but doesn't work / installation aborted, i don't know for the other ROM its work or not
installation is so easy, and we can add somes apps before flashing it to our Black
