This is original HD rom with original HD stuff.

no.. this rom just enables GPS support for Egypt

My phone is apparently a MEA (I bought it in China, lol). The only ROMs I can download are also apparently Arabic language versions. It won't let me download anything else.
Thus, even MEA serial numbers are also partitioned by language. Next time I will make sure to get a Taiwan serial. Interestingly enough, my phone's GPS has already worked. So apparently this ROM upgrade isn't necessary if you are using a cooked ROM.

One question,
If i got a Rhodium from UK, pre-loaded with Official WM6.5 EU Version, can i directly flash the Middle Eastern WM6.5 Version? (from what i understand i dont need to HARDSPL it, .. that is correct right?)

No. You will require HRDSPL to flash Arabic ROM on UK PRO2 version.

i think u need to unlock ur ppc
because i faced that when i tired to use Eur. official rom 6.5
to my ppc which it's Middle East
but i failed because the rom was not support Middle East PPC

since you're already s off, why not try ehabfg's sense 3.5 rom with arabic support?

and if your original rom is froyo, remember to flash a gingerbread radio as well.
simply download the rom, place it in your sd card, then go to cwm and flash from zip

Despite being S-OFF, you may need to use a goldcard to flash a RUU. I would agree with the previous poster that you could very easily flash the custom ROM he mentioned instead.
