hrm how do I know which one to flash? fastboot tells me I have a GRI54, phone info in the settings menu says GRI40
Also: does this also flash a bootloader? That'd be what I'm looking for.

I'm currently downloading, to download you need to click on the FILE and not on the download button

nope ... didnt work on 2.3.6, had to flash chainfire's cf-root ... didnt want to root
But you can't use ClockWorkMod without root, cause it might result strange things like brick.

Ok i installed it, it is ok and and it has the launcher of gs3 modded for tablet use. It is a little laggy compared to the stock, launcher, but more beautiful!

No. Use ODIN or Mobile ODIN. extract the .tar file from the .zip file.

There is modem dxlr5 in there, is it not what you want? The modem depends on what work best in your country. DX is for your country and mine also.
