U can use a wiimote via bluetooth
Wii remotes are Bluetooth and work? Can I get one of the ones that look like a normal Nintendo controller, rather than those notion sensor ones?
Just go grab any old one from the store?

At minimum you will need:
A Wiimote (~$40)
A classic controller (~$20), these come in two varieties, one like a SNES controller, and one more like a gamecube? (More shoulder buttons.) This will set up the Wiimote as a keyboard, which you can then set up as a custom controller.
us.codejunkies.com has a datel wireless wii remote that looks like a classic snes controller. Or was it nes? anyway, I ordered one today, guess we'll see if it works...

I use wiimote controller app and snesoid with my wiimote and it works fine with no issues (other than the lack of buttons on the wiimote)

Hey all. Thought Id start a thread up for all of us to compare notes with and say which games and the onscreen play work very well for the tablet. =)
Aside from emulators which work great. A game I just got to play and it works VERY well! I mean very smooth.
Pewpew - https://market.android.com/details?id=com.jyaif.pewpew
Geometry Wars clone, but plays SUPER good.
Zenonia2 - https://market.android.com/details?id=com.gamevil.zenonia2
Very good rpg, plays very nice as well for a 2d style!
Game Dev Story - https://market.android.com/details?id=net.kairosoft.android.gamedev3en
Build your evil game empire. The larger tablet screen helps!
Anyone else have some exceptional games to list as well?

Gun Brothers is pretty awesome on the streak 7
Anyone try a PSX, N64, or PS2 emulator, yet? Also, if you all have tried it, does the WiiMote Classic work with dual analog setting? (It always seemed to not register as dual analog on my Droid using Wiimote Controller app.)
I just got done playing yongzh n64 emulator. F-zero X plays well on it. The Analog on screen however is a lil over sensitive and seems to oversteer and so. But it does play for the 1st release of the app. =)
Also I have not tried a controller to android app yet, I should get around to that, what works the best? PS3 or Wiimote controller app.
I just got dungeon defenders. They have a special version for the t2 chip. The graphics are pretty sick

Keep up the good suggestions all. Try to post the android market link for them too if you can. =)

Also in the market is an app by NVIDIA called the TegraZone which features games that are tailored for the T2
Ooooo I just saw that game on steam and wanted it, Awesome I can play it now then. ^^
Samurai II plays very well
Anyone gotten the wiimote app to work with their streak 7? Can't seem to get mine to configure. Says it's recognized and linked. However doesn't do anything.
And a good game that I found thanks to AOTS is Cordy. Free on the marketplace

Yes I have, I was using my classic controller to play Fzero-X. =D Just gotta follow the XDA thread on it to properly set it up. Gotta select in Input options in Settings of the Android menu itself the Wiimote IME and so. Then sync up. Does indeed work.
Btw More games to play.
Flight Control
Dungeon Defenders
Crazy Snowboard
And while not a game per say.
Xbox Live Statistics works GREAT with the Tablet size and interface. =)
Zen Garden is nice!
Splode
Asphalt 6 HD
N.O.V.A. HD
Let Golf 2 HD
Highborn
Bejeweled 2
Spider-Man: Total Mayhem HD
lol i have alot
Are you saying you have NOVA on your S7?
I pulled the apk and tried to push it on my S7, when I started the game the gameloft logo came up then it goes black.
Can you tell me how you got it to work?
You need the Attrix version
Can I do that somehow from my S7?
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
You need a pc and visit gamelofts site and put that as your phone version.
I must say, every game in the Tegra Zone app is a must have!

Does the analog work for the Wiimote Classic controller? I purchased one just for this, but I haven't gotten a Streak 7, yet (waiting for my Verizon contract to expire).
Got this working with my ps3 controller. Been playing n64 and other emulators on my hdtv. Definitely recommend this to everyone. Brings back great memories playing the old school games like zelda and resident evil. Even busted out sms3 on the nesdoid too. Good times

can you explain how you do that?
I found some interesting USB Controllers on Thinkgeek, there is a classic NES one among others. What really caught my interest was the N64 version, I have the N64 emulator and I would love to pair the two. Do you guys think it would work with an OTG cable and some key mapping?
Here's the link to the controller, but take a look at the other ones on there too:
http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/f08c/
I think it would definitely work with dead trigger since you can map the buttons. other games.. idk sorry.
I was mostly looking to play some Super Mario 64 with it lol. Is there anyway you can use this controller then output to a TV?
I don't see why It wouldn't. It's very similar to a Dualshock PS3 controller, so you should be able to edit the buttons.
You still have a N64 controller?
Should work since the emulator allows you to map the buttons.
Ive been using the wiimote app (free version) along with my kids wii controller with a wii pro controller attached. Works great for games like Mario 64.

The Wii Controller is a great idea, I've seen someone use the Wiimote but not the classic one. That's awesome, I may give that a try instead. Thanks

Yup - root+ sixaxis widget + ps3 controller is the best solution, especially for the amount of buttons the ps3 controller has. However, before I rooted, I got one of these on sale (not cheap otherwise!) and it's amazing for Shadowgun (haven't tried many other games with it however): http://steelseries.com/products/other/steelseries-free-mobile-wireless-controller
Amazing little thing, great feel and I'm surprised by the quality. Also, cross-platform compatibility (Android, iOS and Windows, for example). I had my doubts, but after using it for awhile... wow. Such a small controller should not perform so well!
HOWEVER: keep in mind that Android compatibility is still spotty with controllers, especially if you do not have root. You'll need a game that either explicitly tells you that it is compatible with the controller of your choice (ie. "compatible with Moga controllers" ) OR has some way to map controls manually in the game. I haven't tried your game, so check first. In Shadowgun and NOVA, for example, in game settings you're able to map buttons. So even without root, you can plug a ps3 controller in via the dock's USB port and map away. Or pair the Free controller and you're off.
If you DO have root, I think there might be ways to emulate touch controllers with root and sixaxis, but I haven't tried. Unless someone else can speak to how well this works? Theoretically, this enables you to play games that aren't even designed for controllers.
Hope this helps!
