Hello,
Is anyone using Fennec (firefox mobile) and able to use flash player? Keeps asking to install the plug-in even though I have flash loaded. (and working under stock browser)
I'd swear it was working when I first installed Fennec.
Thanks,
Neudle
I think it's just an issue of the browser not supporting it at the time. Hopefully they'll get that worked out in the next update, as it is a release candidate.
I haven't had luck with Firefox and Flash either, that's why I mainly use the stock browser.

Is there any way to get the stock ICS browser to work on JB.
I am currently loving the ICS browser running on my JB Xoom because I get to use flash.
The Chrome browser does not support flash and I find it to be slow compared to the ICS browser.
I pulled the .akp out of the Xoom rom but it will not install on my Nexus 7 for some reason.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
(I was using Dolphin on the Nexus 7 for flash but today it updated and permanently disabled flash)
Read this thread , you'll need root.
Use Opera Mobile, it's not only faster than Chrome and stock ICS browsers, it's more compliant on HTML5test and supports flash, even on Jellybean (as long as you have the Flash player APK to install)

I tried to use Opera Mobile and it isn't stable at all on my nexus 7. For example, tried loading msn. com and it crashes immediately. I tried rebooting after install and it still loads the page and crashes out. I tried reinstalling and still no luck getting the Opera browser to be stable.
Yeah I gave Opera a try and it crashed when I tried using Flash on CNN. Old browser has been going strong since putting it on and following the directions in the other thread
Perhaps you could try using ICS Browser+?
ICS Browser+ was reported to crash in the other thread about chrome/aosp browser
any one get flash player working with CM10 or PAC Roms??? i tried all flash player listed for ICS non of them worked, the result any browser will stuck when i try to run flash player.
You try with slim rom ?
Have you tried searching for a solution? Google brings up tons of results --> https://www.google.ca/search?q=adobe+flash+jelly+bean
i tried all these flash player ,the one for ICS non of them worked. also i tried them on slimbeans,CM10 and PAcman roms. flash player work fine on CM9 android 4.0.4 but not on 4.1.2.
This specific method (link) claims that Flash only works in Dolphin Browser HD 8.5.1 (specific version) and it may also be laggy and/or buggy. Probably your best option, I would think.
Honestly, Flash is just a thing of the past, and it needs to die already. Most major Flash-enabled sites have switched over to HTML5 already, and those who haven't probably will soon once they notice their analytics are dropping off. Mozilla is working on a SWF player for Android, and I actually disagree with it. The web needs to move on from Flash. When these tools are made to keep a dead format going, nobody is going to innovate for a better future. HTML5 is worlds beyond Flash, so why even bother with the obsolete and cumbersome product?

Sorry
As the title asks, will I be able to install Flash on the Xperia ZL? Since the recent update my SGS II received, (newer version of Android) I have not been able to go to some of my important websites anymore on my SGS II rendering the phone and Android far less useful to me. My SGS II also recently broke, and I'm in the market for a new phone and have the ZL in mind.. no Flash on the ZL is a deal breaker for me though. Is this going to be a problem?
No problem here. There's a flash player .apk available to install on any device - you just can't install it via market, it has to be sideloaded.
There are many threads/links where you can get it - like this one:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1771463
I installed it on my Note 2 and it works great.
You will need a browser that supports it though. I know Chrome doesn't. Dolphin does, and many stock browsers.
Just to note that current versions of Dolphin no longer support flash, it was causing too many crashes.
You can sideload older versions of it.
I think it still works with the current firefox and boat browser.
Install a flash player apk manually then install opera browser it should handle flash perfectly even in your current device.
Thanks guys.
I know that Adobe Flash is no longer supported on this release of Android, however just wondering if anyone has found a good setup to still use it effectively with the CM10.1 nighty ROM? I have installed the last 11.1 version of Adobe Flash but at least on most sites it is flaky at best. Is there a better 4.2 ROM that it works on? Any recomendation on best browser to try? Any recomended tweaks?
Thanks.

I've had pretty good success with using the stock browser and running flash in full screen mode. Incidently, after using full screen mode, you can toggle back to regular mode and flash will work. Kind of weird I know. I am also using one of the most recent flash 11.1 updates as well.

I'm not having any luck with stock browser or any other browser, playback is shaky and games do not work much at all. Are you overclocking CPU and or GPU and if so, what values?
Thanks.

Hello, does anybody know if Flash Player can work on Android 4.3 (not the official versions for Nexus) ? I saw that it's possible to run on 4.4 KitKat Nexus devices ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2548001 ), but i want to run on my HTC One, CM 4.3.1 Rom. So far, the only browser that seems to work for me is Puffin Web Browser, but the 'plugin is missing' error still came when i'm entering Adobe's Flash Player test. I've tried some flash player apk's with Dolphin Browser, but the flash player test still fails. If you know how to, please, put the right steps and apk version for Flash. Thanks !

Already did this, works only on 4.4 KitKat, not 4.3 JellyBean. I've tried with Mozilla Firefox, same thing.
