I don't know why Gameloft didn't make this game available in our Market. When I boot the game up, asks if I want to enable gyroscopic controls, and scales PERFECTLY. It looks like it was made for the Xoom, but they pulled support @ the last second?

it is, but it doesn't show up in our Market, at least not normally.
I login into android market on my PC using same account on Xoom, and it said this game is campatible with Xoom! ^_^.

The game is not 1.3mb. It is 586MB file(Oops sorry over 800mb).When you download it gives error that it is not compatible with your device.
Someone else can try.

had to download this to my xoom once i saw the thread, after downloading the 800mb file game works smoothly.

I know why. Because Gameloft is a 3rd rate company that ports other games and does a crappy job on top of that.
Why? N.O.V.A. HD and Dungeon Hunter 2 look fine
But I can't find 9mm
I can find it, but when I go to download it, the market tells me it can't find it.

Tried it on both my OG Droid and my Xoom right away. Force closes every single time on the Xoom after you sign in and try to pick an album to play, but plays perfectly fine on the Droid. The new interface is a nice thing. The scrolling is from left to right now while going through albums, rather than up and down. The whole UI is much smoother and nicer, nice big album art while playing a song... I love it, and I am keeping it on my OG Droid, but as far as the Xoom goes... reverted back to last version. Will have to wait a little longer until ICS officially launches to get it on the Xoom.
You can get it to play by doing shuffle all but direct selection results in FC

I couldn't even install it on my Xoom. It suggests you uninstall the current player (mine is 3.02.341) but when I go to Manage Apps it doesn't show up as a downloaded up, only as an APP in All and when selected there is no Uninstall button. So it must be a system app.
This is a US Xoom if that makes any difference.
I just tried installing the apk but it complains an app of that name is already installed.
i tried it out. I don't think this is the final tablet interface, as it appears EXACTLY the same on the phone. Also no animations or anything like the marketplace version has. Keep waiting fellas.

you download the zumocast client on your pc and the app to your xoom and you can stream video and music from your pc to your xoom.
zumocast is made by motorola, so im thinking that motocast is the same thing, just rebranded.

Motocast is deeply integrated into the blur on the Razr. Unfortunately it isn't as simple as installing the apk. Zumocast is a standalone app while Motocast is integrated into the file manager, music app, etc.

zumocast is way different than motocast. motocast is like icloud, you can store you personals in cloud storage and sync or download with an approved device. zumo is just a remote streamer.
Now that Motocast is on the Xyboard will we see the native app for the Xoom?

this is actually not quite true. A cloud is still not involved. You have direct streaming from the host computer. Hence why your computer must be on. The difference between motocast and zumocast is the integrated nature of motocast. Where you can see your remote files within your file manager or pictures that are remote, within your gallery, etc.

Motocast for Tablets
Having now got a RAZR, I've installed Motocast on the PC, however, I've noticed that there's now an app on the market "Motocast for Tablets", so was wondering if anyone's tried this out on the Xoom.
I would try it myself, but kindly, Motorola have locked it off to the States only, so I can't get it.
I've been browsing around, but haven't been able to find the .apk anywhere, hence asking someone else to give it a go first!

The marketplace says that it is incompatible with the Xoom.
Shame - seems like a lost opportunity. Here's hoping there's a motocast client when they release ICS for Xoom.

Yes..... but, if you look closely it does not list the Xoom as a compatable device.
I use ZumoCast by Motorola and it works for me.
Yes that was my point really.
I went off their apps when I installed Motoprint and that was only for US printers, what's that about.
I can't see the point in the app really, I can browse the files on my network with ES Explorer and play everything fine.
If I had to browse off the web, then surely you would need good wireless anyway ?
If its for the layout of albums etc, then I understand a bit I think.
Is there any way we can trick the market into thinking we have a Xoom 2 or something? Modification of the build.prop file perhaps?

Some of us can't even get ZumoCast, "This item can't be installed in your devices country".
Why do motorola do this?

it'd be Cool if they had an android only package as I don't need the at home service but would pay a monthly fee to watch live tv on my xoom.

Can someone post a link to the app (not on the market). TWC site says compatible with Honeycomb tablets but Market show my HC gTablet as not compatible. Yes I know this is a Motorola Xoom forum but the TWC site says it has been certified for Xoom so I figured to get help here sooner). Thanks.

Yeah, if you have a Xoom you can see/download it, but I have a gTablet with Honeycomb. My tablet shows as not compatible although the TWC web site says it is designed to run on all Honeycomb tablets (which mine is). So, I'm asking someone to post it somewhere where I can download it.

I have the same problem. I guess someone with a Xoom or Galaxy is going to have to download it, then export the .apk. TW customer service doesn't know what I should do.

also i just got this to work on an acer iconia a100 by changing the lcd density to 133 which will probably work for other 7in. honeycomb devices....it will not work with gingerbread Ive tried on multiple devices....hope this helps

Has nothing to do with Google or your purchase. The makers of the apps need to update them. Contact them to make sure they are aware.
