Probably the easiest way to hide the app drawer icon is to press and hold the icon, select change icon, then custom icon, and select a transparent image.

Is there any method to change the menu icon to text, and keep the menu's function?
Define a custom style: for example, let's call it custommenu.
In this style you set android:src to the picture you would like to use. Now create a style with parent Theme.holo.
In this style you need to define:
<item name="android:actionOverflowButtonStyle">@style/custommenu</item>

Transparent Navbar with Nova in MIUI

Is there a way to get a transparent navbar working on with Nova on MIUI. Not just on the homescreen, but in all apps.
For example, I am getting a black background on the Navbar in the main section on Whatsapp, but when I go into a chat it turns white. It's super annoying!
No solutions?
My device is rooted...if that helps?
You're doing something wrong, it works fine.
Continue changing settings or try nova beta.

@RedWave31
That is a status bar. Navbar is the bottom one.

Looking for a module that changed the default status bar icon to the large one.

Looking for a module that uses the large icon image (1.) as the default for the status bar icon instead of the default small image (2.)
I know you are able to do this after Android 11 if you mark the notification as a "priority" conversation, but not all notifications with those icons count as conversations, and it's a hassle to mark every single conversation.
