This is just a skin for Smartkeyboard. You need to have smartkeyboard installed first

Place the zip in a folder called skins in the root of your sdcard.

I think it is the default home screen for any TF3D skin. so if you enable TF3D you should get it.

Been using that clock for a while now on all the ROM's I flash.

yeah i know thus, but i don't want the whole theme.... just the transparant genie widget.....
Then take it out the .zip package and copy to /system/app using Root Explorer.
Didn't work for me man...
I did that a while ago for my Milestone Elegant Steel Theme - as far as I remember I signed it for standard install
