Sometimes Frozen ! I wonder what i need ?

I know i should read all threads.But to make this clear i should know what am i supposed to look for.
I was familiar with HTC but suddenly changed my mind and bought X1.i think its better then HTC in some or most ways.
Only problem is it freezes sometimes and some programs did not react as they should.
Here is details of my X1
Rom : 1.02.161.7
Radio : 1.06.25.29
Can you guide me to speed up and be updated.

your rom is out of date so you must update your rom from sony ericson web site that will bring your rom to latest one.initial x1 rom has a lots of bugs.so you can start from rom update.good luck.
ps:for official rom update you do not need hard spl...

I'll start with the radio.Radio upgrading will be start.Next step probably going to be custom rom.I start reading all the threads about them.

Custom rom + make sure the pagepool is 16-20mb. You can change it with the pagepool utility and the .nbh rom image.

x1 update to swedish rom HELP!

Hello,
Im new here and want to flash my x1 mobile with a working stable WM6.5 rom.
But i don't know witch to chose and it shuld be in Swedish. It there any X2 rom working good?
I dont want a rom that i cant use all standard tools like mail, phone, bluetoth and so on..
Help please

if you need a Swedish rom your choices may be soo limited so it's easy to choose
even if your requirement list may not be all that full

i'm new to this forum and I like it a lot,
some many files and informations that are useful...
I already have touchflo 3d on my xperia, but now I'd like to flash a new rom.
Now my questions
1) when I do hard spl, do i have to connect the phone in tri.color screen or normal
2) how do i exit the tri color screen, did that by doing soft reset, any other possibility ??
3) Which 6.5 sense rom ??? I'm german so i'd liked to have a fast and stable rom which should be in german . I only would use a english rom if the difference is big
4)Equal which radio I have or do I have to upgrade it too
5) can i use all the programmes i downloaded so far for my xperia with stock rom??

1. follow instructions provided with hard spl program.
2. soft reset the phone or take out the battery.
3. depends on what you want in the rom, every rom has its pros and cons you need to experiment to find the one you like. Not everyone does german language rom, there is no real difference except language and what is included. Most roms are very similiar as chefs use standard packages with their own tweaks.
4. you should keep the radio that comes with the stock rom if it works in your part of the country without problems.
5. yes, you can use all the programs you have downloaded, depending on the rom you may have to download a framework program to get the best usage out of your program.

could someone compare them and tell me whether xkans rom is as fast as x826 rom (i read that its one of the fastest and bugless roms)

my phone is stuck into flashing , the bar is nearly at the end but now its showing update in progress since half an hour,
my first flash ysterday only took 5 min.

Maybe a task29 will help (search the forum for the corresponding thread).

You can download XDAndroid 2.1. I use it,and its pretty good.You dont need to delete WM because you are emulating the Android so,if you reset the phone,you`ll be back on WM.Now,the problem is,I dont know what is the best radio for battery life,I made a thread about that,so if you want,follow that and wait for answers.Bye.
