Right now it is opening the cmd.exe and you see what it is doing, do you think its better when this is hidden and you see a status bar with % and a field where you can read what it's actually doing?

It's probably better to show what its doing, that way noobs know where its gone wrong, if it goes wrong!

Update:
you don't have to pick fastboot.exe now every time, it's set in \fastboot\fastboot.exe. If you downlaod the new zips it will be there too.
And guy's, it's very hard to get this program working on linux, first i am not using it, second it's written via autoit, which can only compile to windows.exe.

You need to Flash a Rom with Fastboot via a kdz flasher.

No, it's not a Sense ROM; the clock you see in the screenshot is FancyWidget clock
this ROM looks great, i may give it a try

you have to disable and re-enable it in Supsetup; the same for Music3...
What about GPS? Is it working? I'm still having the problem, also with the latest nighties that GPS is not working.

Yes it works, at least for me...I'm using it right now with google maps navigator; with cm7 it never worked and that's why I switch back to CM6.1 before this Superginger

I active galery and remove Terminal on Supsetup but the galery don't show for me and Terminal still there...

Overlay is a way to have R/W system running without S-OFF... it creates an overlay image of your /system folder which you can modify because it does not have securflag....

Anyway, after repacking into new zip it hangs on IceCreamSwift bootlogo. It won't work.
Maybe there is an error with the kernel
Where did you take that JB from? If it's copy paste from another device it's unlikely that it will work. Especially if device is armv7.. Also there are no mdpi images in most of apps as i see..

Then you should to test it on your device instead of posting. If you don't have the phone yet, you shouldn't try to port anything. It's pointless. Sometimes you can just copy paste stuff from other phone's ROM, but unlikely. Most of the times you need to compile from source if there's available. Now you've just made another useless topic.

You use this tool at your own risk by accepting the license agreement included in this package

Unlock Bootloader
1) HTC Drivers
2) Register at htcdev.com then follow the procedure.
3) Use this tool to get Identifier token
4) Submit token ID
5) Unlock bootloader from toolkit
Flash Recovery

cwm - download recovery. rename it "recovery.img" put it in data folder of software and choose flash recovery.

Would anyone be interested in repacking the latest TWRP with the 1080_dark curtain? I'd do it myself but I can't find anything to edit .img files on OS X

I managed to do it by running Windows 8.1 in Virtualbox.
Unzip and flash through fastboot. If you don't know how to use it, then don't.
twrp 2.8.0.0 bacon, repacked with 1080 play curtains if anyone's interested.....use fastboot/flashify to install img

I'm interested in the light version
Hi, just managed to get the stock startup boot logo working on its own. This will remove that annoying bootloader unlocked startup and replace with the stock one.
NOTE: This will not remove your main ROM startup animation!
Instructions:
1. Download the attached files and copy them over to your desktop.
2. Boot your phone into fastboot by holding down power + volume down.
3. Open a CMD window on your desktop and shift + right click and then open the command prompt window.
4. Type 'Fastboot flash boot boot.img' then hit enter. You should see okay's and there should be no fails, check the code to make sure. If there are fails then comment in this thread and I can help!
5. Then type 'Fastboot reboot' your phone should reboot.
6. Unplug the phone and your done!

You can take the boot logo from g4 plus and modify this thread so that it doesn't remain same like other thread. Just a suggestion.
