[GDE THEMES] New themes including hi-res for droid and n1!

I'm reposting this here cos I'd really like some feedback on how these themes are looking on non-g1 devices.. specifically hdpi devices like the droid. Hope you like them.

Obsidian 2.0 and the counterpart Porcelain are up on the market, get them while they're fresh! Just search "goldenarmZ".
The new themes include a couple of fixes from Obsidian 1.0, New wallpaper in standard and hi-res editions, and a custom matching clock widget for each skin. I hope you will consider this worth the small fee I'm asking. I'm trying to raise the bar for GDE themes here but I can't afford to put much time in for free, I hope you all understand.
Thanks to all the people who installed and enjoyed the original Obsidian skin, I hope you enjoy it enough to upgrade!

ive ran Obsidian a few times on my Eris and it looks flawless.
very classy skin with no hiccups!

I ran obsidian on my hero for a while, it's excellent.

Bokeh
I am running Bokeh, it looks great on the Droid with HexFusion. I downloaded it for the drawer primarily because the cool GDE cube transitions limit what you can do with launchers and drawers.

There are a couple more themes up now, all designed to be pin-sharp on hdpi devices as well as standard. I've also just uploaded legacy versions for those poor souls still running cupcake with no prospects of an upgrade.
Keep checking the market, I've got plenty more ideas for GDE!

If you just search pub:goldenarmZ or scan of of my codes above, you should see everything.
I might do a greyscale version of Thrashed.. I'll see how it looks.

There's a reworked black version in the market now as well.. "Magma"

My wife really likes the Thrashed Pink theme. But this is my first time messing with GDE. (Always ran launcher2 and MM/ROMs for themes) SO my question is, do you have or is there a way to get an Icon pack that matches the Thrashed theme? I have MM on her droid, so that would even work.

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you on this.. I forgot to check this thread.
GDE doesn't support icons as part of themes at the moment, but I think it's on the to-do list. The only way I could do it at the moment is metamorph but tbh, I've never looked into that.
I don't usually bother with custom icons because there's only so far you can take it.. there will always be unthemed icons in your tray, and that non-uniformity bothers me a lot more than using the stock icons. I may release some icons in the future if there's enough interest.

I have tried a number of home replacement apps such as Ahome, Panda, Open Home Last night I scanned the GDE app and it is like a complete harmonious convergence on my Motorola Cliq Titanium. The GDE home replacement app just rocks and I like the organizational structure.
Sure GDE may not have as many skins and widgets as some of the other replacement programs but it seems they are starting to spawn now. I will trade off less comparative choice for stability. No repetitive forced closures or weird manifestations. Manipulating the GDE interface and submenu is smooth as silk.

[MetaMorph] A Small Touch Of Legend 8/31/10

I really liked how Legend added a bit of color to the tabs in Music, Clock, and others. Then I found that Fresh added even more color so credit goes to Flipz and also HTC for the original idea. Your Lockscreen Arch, your launcher, and yours tabs will change, also I have only tested this on PlainJane2.0 so morph at your own risk

Just the Backward Pause/Play Forward buttons for the music player widget, unless you can think of anything else? lol and no I'm not the type of guy to run off and such, honestly I'm just like everyone else here, a user. I really don't know much except swapping out or theme'ing a couple of pngs here and there with photoshop but what I do know I try and help out

The only ones I can think of are ones for the HTC News app.. other than that, it looks like you've covered everything else

worked awesome on xtrSENSE4.0.6.1; i'm really liking the extra glossy look plus the additional color!
p.s. in xtrSENSE, the little green fob that shows which home page you're on STAYS green, but the launcher itself gets glossy. Looks sick!

[Theme][UPDATE] 5/23/11 PrYde for ComRom 1.3 Edify Only

Hey guys here is the blue theme PrYde the next installment of the 7 Deadly Sins this is a large-ish update. Just a few things to get wrapped up and a few mods then its on to the next one. Again just going for a beefed up stock look as clean an i can get it(as I have mentioned before I like the GB theme). The framework is very similiar to that of EnV but not identical it has a combination of blues (mostly 0098cc, 0083ce for anyone who needs it), black, greys and whites that mesh well. So enjoy the theme and leave some feedback. Again for those who PM'd me regarding donations please donate or give blood at your local Red Cross and hit the thanks button .

what do you guys think of this for the dialer?

This is very simple, but very nice nonetheless. I'm really liking this series you're creating. Keep up the good work!
That dialer looks great too. My only suggestion would be to mayyyybe add the same gray from the pulldown notification bar, instead of the dialer just being black and blue.
Edit: since this theme is based on blue, I think blue checkboxes would look better than white. Same with the loading icons (the rotating circle).

Well with this one I am trying to mute the primary color outside of some specific apps eg the dialer/phone and the status bar. The keyboard will be a muted grey with some blue accents. I may change the spinners as you suggested as I have them changed in a frame work variation already . The grey, blue and white will be throughout the primary system apps. I should have an update Sunday or Monday if all goes well. I thank you for your complements and input. Glad you're enjoying the theme.

Im sure a metamorph would work for most frameworks that support the 4 tab lock. I may whip one up once I get to add ins and mods.

First of all, I want to give a BIG Thanx to Gadget! for letting me use his Cyan "mini theme" for the base of this theme... THANX HOMIE!!!!
For those of you who know Bad Seed's Work from the beginning, you know that we've had a Cyan Themes for both the Dinc & Evo 4G. Slayer69 had his Cyan Dragon, Fernando sor had Viva cyan, I had Cyan for Athena. So it was a no brainer to make one for the bolt..... Like I said before, this is based from Gadgets Cyan Mini Theme. I just added a S**T load of theme-ing to it. But I did keep some stuff like his lockring (to sick to change!) and his boot animations.
What I have included is.....

Cyan/transparent Gmail (Frenando Sor)
transparent facebook (fernando sor)
transparent market (yup... Fern again!) Market is renamed so look for "transparent market" in your app drawer...

I was wondering if you can point me to an image, im having a hard time finding and I see in your screen shots that you removed it. Im looking for that image that sits behind the shortcuts on the lockscreen, I have looked through the m10 files for both idle_screen base and fusion with no luck. Any help is much appreciated.

Its in fusion, should be in the default folder. Its a round PNG. Looks small so its easy to miss it.

is definitely in idealscreen base. I have a flashable zip with the transparent ones.

Found it! I was over looking it cause the image is really transparent so it shows up almost white/grey when browsing the file. Kept over looking it...

Yea... I linked the rom but mods took it out. Sux cuz its hands down the best hybrid out... That's were all these wanna be "Zeus mods" on these other roms came from. Which I can tell you, these wanna be Zeus mods don't come close to the actual Zeus rom.... And this theme, not to toot my own horn but... Toot toot!! I haven't seen a animated drop down in any other tbolt theme. Which I can customize to what ever the user wants... Name phrase or even a boot anime.

So I'm intrigued. If not here, then where can I read up on this Zeus Rom??

OK PEEPS.... I will not be upgating this version anymore because it will ba a waiste of time. since the official ota is out, I can pretty much guarantee there will be a big update coming from ihtfp, which means i will have to completely re do the theme. so instead of working on this theme, i will port it over to the update or start a deep red/ black theme. let me know what you guys think and i'll get started as soon as i get my hands on the update.... Issues: The normal theme chooser stuff. When it says it's not for your screen size, just ignore. If it tells you its not compiled properly, set to the system theme, reboot, then select the theme.

I'm trying to find the time to get more done. Right now the planets seemed aligned to keep me from having the time.

This looks very bold and sturdy. I like how it has that BLOCK look but with that nice colour over it makes it look like the theme is saying I'm a nice guy but I will hurt you badly if I have to. 5 Stars for something fresh

Now that I finally have my new computer up and going, I hope to get this thing updated soon. I have a lot more images made for it, just have to get the XML updated, and get the new PC set up for signing and zip aligning.

Yes, but I was thinking about making that for the Galaxy S III after I get mine. I do have a bunch of images made for a Honeycomb like theme. The challange I run into with it is that the toggle area in the pulldown for both CM9 and Gummy are only 48x48 pixels on hdpi screens. Even on an xhdpi device that would only make it 64x64. Hard to get good detail in that small of a space.
This theme actually started out as being my next Honeycomb theme, but I didn't like how it was looking so I changed it to this.
The last thing I need is time. With any luck I'll get some easy college courses this fall that allows me the time to do this more. That hasn't been the case since March.

Not that this is dead, but time just has not been on my side. I've been rebuilding many parts of this theme and pray that sometime before the fall semester starts I can get it released.

Any chance of an update to cm10/aokp of this theme,I just ran into it in the market and really like it..
