New Video Review

Guys I have been reading alot of these threads and I have been using the TyTN for a while now. I did answer alot of these questions in my video review of the device. Just an FYI..

Its a very nice review, I'm stoked about slingbox, this is one of the reasons i am anxious to upgrade from the blackjack - smoother experience.
- you teased you were going to show the Business card scanner app, but didn't demo it. I suppose i'll see it for myself in time but i was looking forward to that

Very very good review I cant wait till mine comes in the mail now lol. I was very happy to see you using the slingplayer as I have a slingbox that is just sitting unopened on my dresser atm waiting to be used. Question tho does the sling player come installed on the kaiser or will i need to use my code for a free one when i set up my slingbox?
other then that seeing sky work is great as i use it on my pc to call canada alot it will be nice to have be tied to it anymore.
overall this review would be a 10/10 great job and you got me stoked about getting mine lol.

yea no sh**, i want to ask but i dont want to get in a pissing battle. but believe me the question will be asked

Well hours till the doors open, i have my Xda-developers t shirt and my tilt, im going to walk up to the Qualcomm booth and show them my tilt, and simply ask "do you guys have any drivers available for this device here" and they will say "ummm" "huh" "what". then i will say "can you point me in the direction were i can get them". Oh yea i will have my friend recording video. and of course i will be putting it on you tube and posting the link. I will also be visiting our good old friends at HTC, Ive been booted from at&t forums for mentioning xda wonder if i can go to the at&t mobility booth with the shirt on. cant wait 3 booths on my list, Qualcomm, at&t, and HTC.

yea its pretty bad when my blackberry curve streams video better than a tilt, and ill show them the same vid playing on both devices at the same time. i own and use both devices all day long.

Not that I would want anyone to get hurt but it would be so awesome if you took one for the team and punched the people at those booths in the face. Haha.

He aint posted because they threw his ass in jail for public indecency. Rumor has it he was running around with his phone in one hand and his thing in the other screaming something about video playback and drivers. Who knows what he was thinking.

Anyone porting Facebook/Myspace poker from I phone/pod

Any one know how this can be done? or if it can be dome?
If there's is enough people interested then we should go over to the dev section in general more people will experience hang out there that understand how too go about this. so keep posting +1's if you want this.

I don't think that anyone is doing it. There was one port, but it wasn't that great.
With the Facebook Developer platform, this is completely possible. The Facebook iPhone app is powered by the Developer platform!

i personally would LOVE to see facebook poker on my tilt....like you(and when i say you i dont really know who im refering to but anything beside "you" sounded weird) have no idea...

ok guys i just had a look at facebook developer stuff and its well too deep for me to swim. just a little fish is me. who do we think would know this stuff and ask them nicely?

Curious, where can that old thingy be found? And what exactly is requested? Doesnt the poker app work through opera? I looked up the " Facebook Developer Toolkit", not exactly impressive stuff.

I have always found that it doesn't work in opera with all the versions i have tried,the only one i have found is skyfire, it's only a flash game so i would have thought it wouldn't be that hard to do but what do i know

i was wonder is anyone in the works of making a ventrillo app i would love to be in vent at work on the phone just to kill time or to hear how my team is going on the scrim.

Swap Faces App (Like iSwap Faces for iPhone)

OK, by far the coolest app I have on my iPhone is iSwap Faces. It lets you take a pic with two peoples faces in it, select the faces, and it swaps them.
I would love to see an app like this & would pay up to $10 for it. Heres a review of it too.
I've uploaded 2 sample images, the same pic but one swapped & one not. They are great lol.
Anyone else want this?

Surely this is doable on Android, I mean we already have the app that mirrors the camera image (I think its called Symmetricam or something like that) side by side. C'mon guys if I knew how to program I would do it.

Hmmm. I think I'll contact the developer of Symmertricam and see if he'd like to try it.

Well I just downloaded the McGraw Hill "Guide to Android Programming" and if I can't get ahold of "ymst" (the developer of symmetricam) I'll give it a shot.

Uhhh... its called "Swap Faces Lite" - Android Market.

Haha wow. Never knew that. It's decent but its not near as good as the iPhone equivalent. You can't even take a picture from within the app. I'll still check out writing my own version, if not for anything but experience.
