[Q] Good tablet calc - Xoom Themes and Apps

Has anyone seen a good calculator app that works well on xoom? (With lots of feautures, think like a graphing calculator)

I use Droid48, which is an emulator of the old HP-48GX. Quite nice.
If you're not into RPN, there are a couple of TI emulators. No 89, though, sadly.

I love Real Calc

Xobni for Android

I'm a huge fan of Xboni for MS Outlook and it looks like they are making a play for smartphones and GMAIL.
You can get on a beta list here: http://www.xobni.com/waitinglist/androidalpha/
Sharing contacts may be interesting, but we'll see
Too bad honeycomb isn't on the list of os versions. I would love this on my xoom.

If the screen snapshots are accurate, it should scale OK but agreed. Having a proper dual-pane setup for Honeycomb would be great.

Agreed. Xobni on the PC is a must have aplication. I don't think they can ignore the tablets. Personally I prefer email on my Xoom so this would be a natural app for me to install.

Spb 3D launcher

What you guys think of the spb 3D launcher a bit expensive but i think its worth the money
Sent from my Nexus S using XDA Premium App
it probably lag down the phone
i'll pick LauncherPlus Pro or Go Launcher EX any day vs. SPB
SPB has a long history of being broaded
it's purely eye candy, all the functionalities that it includes can be had for free using other apps

No lag at all, actually.
But I don't think it's worth $15.
Not the new update dude its flawless it runs great on my ns just downloaded not laggy at all it feels as fast as adw ex

It's alright... smooth enough, but really it's just way too much going on for my tastes. Do you honestly need all those fancy animations going off everywhere?
Eye candy. Functionally, inconvenient.

i like it, very neat
the new HTC Sense 3.0 on the HTC EVO 3D has many of the same animations that spb has. I wonder were they got that idea from lol.
Spb has been around for a while now you never know

You can't place widgets and apps where you want on a page.
The Dock is antiquated when compared to any launcher with a scrollable dock.
The bundled widgets are useless. There are better free ones. No social network integration or google integration. The calendar widget isn't picking up my google calendar.
It has a ton of potential but right now it is form over function.

that's because it's pretty much a direct port from the Windows version
they are not very innovative bunch IMO

I lost only 4% in 8 hours overnight. Before that I was losing up to 40% in that time.

15 minutes is just not enough time to check this thing out.
ADW Launcher EX <3
I am a big fan of ADW EX, but decided to try SPB. It is superb, even faster than ADW and looks amazing.
15 bucks is a bit expensive, I think 9-10 dollars would be fair.

it costs $15 for a launcher replacement that you can't even place widgets anywhere on?

Taptu now has honeycomb support.

I like it, very similar lay out to pulse. The widget is alright. The default feeds to select from are fairly good and also has the ability to link to Google reader. All in all another fairly strong free news app.

I didn't think it was possible but this is better than Pulse. WOW.
Downloaded last night. Nice variety of feeds but the layout, specifically the icons, are not as crisp as the Pulse ones. It's free though so it's a keeper.

I just sideloaded this to both my Desire HD and my Xoom, and it looks fantastic on both. Really quick too.
What is this, and why should I care?

The developer is Federico Carnales, creator of Launcher Pro. It's pretty good, you should check it out.
i am still waiting for tablet version
Threw it on the Xoom and it works and looks great. I love how it pulls artist images from the web to wallpaper the now playing.
needs a little more functionality, but i'm liking this very much, great app and only alpha.
Wow.. looks great on xoom and Droid inc

Music Widget

Hey everyone,
Was wondering if anyone knows of a good music widget that plays nice with Google music? The stock one is horribly disgusting. I was using Pure Music Widget with a custom skin, but the developer can't seem to get it to work with GM. If possible I'd like it to display the album art & have a transparency option. What have you guys/gals been using? Thanks in advance!

None except the stock one will work with google music, I themed my music widget so at least it has a smoked background instead of the awful grey stock one. I can upload if you want?

Are you sure? Im pretty sure Phantom Music control was updated to work with GM so I assumed others could as well. Maybe I'm wrong? Sure I'd love to check it out, thanks.
