This is usually caused by codec problems. Use TCPMP like the above users have suggested.
To tell you the truth, my media player cannot even play wavs anymore!! Thank God, I am using TCPMP..

If you're talking about the Streming Media Player program on the device, it's basically a version of real player for viewing .rtsp vide files. Like pocket youtube. Not real youtube, but the mobile version. Search for .rtsp media streams. For real youtube you will need TCPMP & flash video bundle.

Good mpeg4 player

What is a good program to run both mp3 and mpeg4 files? I have audio manager but it only plays my mp3's and not mpeg4's is there a patech or update for that? If anyone can let me know of another program that would be great.
There are so many to choose from...

There are a host of decent MPEG4 players for the Pocket PC/Kaiser. The commercial apps really are the best as they include a multitude of extra features.
Try googling for 'Best PPC Audio Player' and compare.
For a freeware player, TCPMP is your best bet as it also plays most video formats, but is an ugly looking player.LoL
Try Pocketmusic Player here:http://www.pocketmind.com/pmfp.htm
Thats great! Thanks.
Commercial but the best for me!

Its very good! Shame it doesn't play WMV files! Then it would have been an all in one solution! Anyone know of any plug-ins for this?

I don't think there will be an update to AUDIO manager, to enable it to play video's.

Thanks for the link. Have you had any issues with audio and video being in sync during playback with the core player?

I've read that setting the offset to -250 fixes this.
The offset helps, For me it varies on the video & can range from 125 - 275.
In my opinion the commercial Coreplayer is best. However, they kinda screw you on a few things that they don't include unless an OEM/ODM includes it as an OEM package.
So for me, it's a combo of Coreplayer & TCPMP.

Try skyfire. Opera as of yet still wont stream like that, but skyfire does. On a side note, dont use skyfire for secured site logins like mobile banking or myspace. It has security issues and Opera is much safer.
Thank you
Thanks for the reply, I downloaded skyfire in hopes that would stream that page content, but that doesn't work either...just an x where the windows media would appear...
MortPlayer
MortPlayer (do a search) works great for streaming. Still has a few bugs, but I use it for streaming Sites like Somafm.com and the like.
Thank you for the reply
Thank you for the reply....I tried mortplayer, but that doesn't seem to work either. I'm just trying to stream the embedded windows media player content, I appreciate the ideas, does anyone have anymore
I am at work now, and the computer has no speakers. But on reading the source code of that website, it looks like it is pointing to this:

Try opening this link in your browsers and media players.

What program are you using to open them? All .mkv so far have worked fine for me with MX Player, even hi10 ones.

Personally I use ES File Explorer to access my PC shares, and then open with MX. Works fine as long as the file doesn't have monstrous bitrates. Never used Smartshare so I can't help you with it. Give it a bit more time to see if anyone who knows about drops by.
