[Help] Bootanimation problem

Hi guys,
I have a problem making a boot animation for my miui on my defy.
The problem is that when i apply my boot all i have is a black screen .as i read around here it's a problem that many ppl have it but i didn't found any answers.
Can somebody help me with my boot?
And (or) can he tell me how to solve it by myself next time?

Ok. Now I'm ready to do (or I already doing) something that i really hate...
Guys, help me here. Just point me to some directions how to make the boot animation.
I think that the problem is my images (made in photoshop).
Can anyone tell me how to make them work?
I have a netbook with ubutu...If i copy my images and save them in gimp as png sould the work?
p.s I know that my english sucks but i'm am 90% sore that you can understand me.

[Q] [HTC one m7] how do you make down animations from gifs?

Hello i'm fairly new to this sort of thing and would like to know if someone out there could give me a tutorial on how to make shutdown animations for the HTC one m7 i know there used to be an online tool and programs to create boot animations from Gif images but how would you go about making a shutdown animation? any help would be greatly apreciated i know someone out there can help me.
