xtrakt help

Hi all, i've been loving the new XTrakt game, however im stuck on the violent skies level; has anyone got this far yet? I havent worked out fully how to defeat the boss, as i keep getting to the end of my time limit and getting game over

LOL IDK if this belongs here, or anywhere in this site...
But I think the boss has 2 lives. First is to damage with the bike and shoot the eyes out. Then when its life goes down, then it regenerates hp and then you got to be careful on the ground and then shoot when its head opens up. That should do the trick

shoot the boss,where turn yellow...(just like eyes,and later will apear a mirror,it also have four yellow points to shoot...)
I can not describe it in Eng...sorry for my poor english...

when second form of boss appear, it'll shoots 10 rockets, shoot them as fast as possible and left 2 don't shoot. focus your fire on boss's opened brain, after it closed its head shoot down the remaining rockets repeat twice then you'll win*

Hello. I have been playing with this great game for some time, but I´m still not able to defeat the monster in "violent skies" level. I have finished its life bar, but then my time runs out and the monster leaves a bomb I am not able to do anything with it.... and then game over.....
Maybe the problem is when the monster fires at me with the lasers, I try to stay between them, and it doesn´t seem to be possible to hit the monster as long as the lasers are on, and that is the problem, I miss a lot ot time with this lasers, and maybe this is whay I don´t have enough to finish the level...
It has to be hard, because I think I have hit every yellow part of it with no mistakes, and still I don´t seem to have enough time for the second part of the level, when you say that it gets another form and so on.....
Some other advice please?...

it installed well, but when I lauched, suddenly it force closed.....
so I uninstalled it....

Yeah mulitplayer mode is the best...

By far one of the best examples of great graphics and physics, mostly physics. It is somewhat challenging to control but once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier.

Why can I not find this in the app store? Im dying for a good racing game.

It got pulled due to their servers being overloaded. It should be back up eventually.
This is the only game that I've seen that is truly impressive. The graphics are amazing for a mobile game (wouldn't look out of place as an xbox live arcade title). The default controls (auto accelerate with left, right and brake) are perfect. If this game came out on PC I'd play it.

I'd love to try it out, but it's not in the Market. When I found a QR code for it, I just got a "file not found" message. I even tried using Market Access. I'm willing to pay for it, but its lack of availability through mainstream channels may force me to look for it elsewhere.

If you do and you like it, please buy it when it comes back on the market. I want games like this to succeed so we get more quality games in future.

Awesome. Sucks it got pulled but I will definitely keep my eye out for it.

Is anyone else having problems getting online with this game?

Yup. I wasn't able to get into a server all weekend.
Single players still fun though. Great game.

I hope the gameplay makes up for what Polarbit as a company lacks in class and professionalism. They posted a picture of Johnny Cash giving the middle finger on their website because people are running pirated copies. Maybe if they didn't take it off the market... I'm sure people would pay for it if they actually could. On top of that, they're basically blaming their overloaded servers on the number of pirated copies floating around, which is a bull**** cop out.

It's back on the market. Just got it.

Actually, I did find one through other means, but liked the game enough that I bought it today, since I was finally able to do so. Who's to say if other people are as reputable as I. I would bet that server outage cost them a lot of sales.

I just flat out bought it because of the 24hr return policy but this game is worth it.

Bought it... haven't had much opportunity to play it yet but the minute or so I tried it looks really good.

Has anyone tried downloading this and running it on their Gtabs? just checked today and they had a new update that allows for tegra 2 support. I've had my eye on this game for quite some time but was reluctant due to the lack of tegra 2 support and the small disclaimer/known issue in the description that said "could not work & crash on 'uncertified' Google Android devices like Archos Tablet, Nook, etc".
So before i go psycho on my wallet and spend +/- 15 usd on this thing, I need someone who owns a Gtab, and was brave enough to buy this game, to confirm compatibility and if so, list down known issues based on experience. Thanks again xda peeps!

nice, there is another thread about this game i think. a guy was wondering why the game would crash on him lol. you should search for that thread and ask him to update his app.

i must be getting rusty w/ my searching skills but so far the only threads i've seen about the game are for non tegra 2 devices (NC, Dell Streak, phones, etc) so really somewhat of an "apples and oranges" type of comparison. anyway just checking if anyone who owns the Gtab specifically have tried this game out lately... but no rush (considering that the update was just rolled out less than 24 hrs ago). eagerly awaiting for some first-hand insights!

Just noticed it this morning too. Good chance that I will try it this evening. I honestly don't see why it would crash on the nook though. If all else fails, I still have my Captivate to play it on. It did look nice on the g-tab when I watched it on youtube. I can say this, if your a fan of classic rpgs the sound track alone will blow you away, at least all of what I heard.

I took the $15.00 plunge this morning. The game has a 1 GB download for game data, so you're going to go well beyond the 15 minute refund limit. On the other hand, you gotta love any program that simulates Pong while the download is being counted down.
Once the download is complete, I'll let you know. Looks like it's gonna' take a couple of hours as I'm running this off a EVO hotspot.

looking forward to your impressions of the game -especially those very noticeable pros and cons! i've been a long standing fan of classic JSRPG's ever since i first played final fantasy tactics a long while back and have been left hooked ever since (even enjoyed 2D JSRPG's with mediocre-to-crappy graphics)

Also am interested on this. I really want to purchase, but I want to know that it will work on the GTab (Vegan B5.1.1).

The download continues...and Pong is suddenly less fun to watch than it was in my youth. About 1/3 of the way home....

Download is done....and Pong now totally sucks. Anyway, bottom line is.....it works. While I haven't had a chance to go too far into the the game, I can tell you that the soundtrack and graphics are both top notch! Is it worth $15.00? Yes.....yes it is if you're into this kind of game.
If you were waiting to buy this but were worried about it running on the GTab, I say go for it. Mind you, I'm on Vegan 5.1.1 so I can't talk about any other ROM.

Thanks for taking the plunge. I had been reading the market reviews to see if a gtablet owner was satisfied. Its way easier to toss 15 bones into the aether knowing your getting something from it.

Surprised no one's started this one yet. Just a thread for gamers to post what's working and what isn't. Also, to share about any titles that you particularly love. I'm always on the look out for new high quality games. I love FPS and RPG. Not a big fan of strategy which kinda sucks cuz there's SO many out there. Anyway, once I get mine (should be Monday), I'm loading up Deus Ex: The Fall, NOVA 3, Modern Combat 4 (and maybe 5), maybe a couple of Final Fantasy ones, the Bard's Tale, Iesabel, Dead Trigger 2, Temple Run, Super hexagon, Fluid SE, Playstation emu, GBA emu, and whatever else I'm not remembering right now. Anyone else have good ideas? Or other games I should try? Can't wait for Exiles to come out--that's the new massive single player RPG by the same people who gave us Ravesword Shadowlands.

check out the Kingdom Rush series. their latest was just released last night and it's fun as hell.

I bought xcom enemy within last week on my Note 3. I intended to play it on a road trip this week, but they don't support Nexus 6. I copied it over from a titanium backup and restored it, and it runs, but the graphics in the gameplay are really messed up. So I bought Icewind Dale to play instead. It seems to work. Never played it back in the day so looking forward to it.

XModgames does not work at all for me, I am rooted. Anyone else have luck?

Soul Calibur runs great on this phone! Also, it is on sale for $4!

Try Modern Combat 5. It has some intensive graphics. It lagged on G3 a big time. So thinking about its performance on Nexus 6. I've pre-ordered my Nexus 6 but it's yet to come. Here it'll launch on the 2nd week of December

U know, it's weird. I played that game on the lg G3 and it ran GREAT. Thing is, I'm not to crazy about the changes they made from part 4. These super short missions, with specific goals u have to complete. It just seems too controlled. I like part 3 and 4--it's a bit more "open" to however u want to play. Just kill everyone and don't die...lol. Seems simpler. I think they tried to make it too much like dead trigger 2 and the execution wasn't as great. It could just be me--I don't know. You're right about the graphics tho, they are awesome.
EDIT: I meant to quote the post above mine about MC 5. Don't know why it didn't work.

Haven't gotten mine yet. Can someone check to see if Mass Effect Infiltrator is compatible? I liked that game but haven't been able to play it in a while because of incompatibilities.

U know, it's so ridiculous what EA has done (or more appropriately, hasn't done) with this game. I've had sooooo many devices that I don't remember the last one it worked on but I kno it hasn't worked for a LONG time for me on A LOT of devices. Really sucks cuz it was a good game. If u ask me EA is being really stupid. If they updated it, it would still be selling.

I know, same here. I don't remember the last device it worked on. I like console quality games like this. It's a shame they put something out there so good and just move on to something else and leave us hangin. It wouldn't be so bad but really good games are few and far between.

Not all EA games. I'm only talking about mass effect infiltrator.

Hey all. Just got crescent moons new RPG, exiles. Its a SciFi themed ravensword shadowlands. It's available through one of their humble bundle packages. Just Google it, if interested.
EDIT: been playing it and it's still buggy... It's an alpha tho.

Ah! The horror... Temple run doesn't work!

I downloaded Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and NBA Jam, both of which crash/fail to load on my Nexus 6. I thought it may have been due to my changing DPI, but reverting the DPI resulted in the games still failing to play.
Anyone have any luck playing these games on their N6s?

Need for Speed - Most wanted game?

To tell the truth I was not and didnt intend to be a fan of any mobile game. I thought PC games were much better and worth my time. However, things changed. This morn I saw this game on app deal list on appnaz.com ($4.99=>$0.9). OMG, this is actually the most wanted version. It reminds me of 2005 ver.
