The only thing I don't like about the Atrix, is the battery cover. Mine creaks, and it's quite flimsly. Can't wait till the rugged ones released.
Creak= .01 less awesome.

Motoblur isn't really bad. If your talking about the nasty stuff on the cliq and stuff, its changed. All the widgets can be uninstalled and if the Blur look isnt for you install LPP or whatever you prefer. Phones fast, and with another launcher Motoblur inst even there. Really, all it is is just the launcher. Compared to sense which goes in DEEP into the system and everything as well as TouchWiz. Motoblur just, doesn't.
It feels like my stock Nexus S (without gingerbread ).

Yup. Motorola has excellent build qualities, and with the amount of tinkering we do with the software in XDA, I don't give a crap what bloatware the push into the phone. It'll be gone once I'm sure I don't have to return the phone for warranty claims

I gave this a shot a few months ago and it was laggy as hell. I'm always willing to try new things but it was just too much of a headache to use. Might be better now.

I've always preferred Android over other OS's, but this just shows the diversity of the platform. We have versions of iOS (miui on other devices) & Windows phone7 running on Android. How many iPhones or windows7 phones can mimic android OS successfully?
This is not a flame or a rant, i jus love the way I can change almost everything about how my android phone looks & works

The look of stock Android isn't that great, it's what you can do to customize the look that I like. The WP7 UI just looks terrible. I can't even say this looks like a good idea. I guess I can say it's cool for those that actually like the WP7 UI.

Personally I find wp7 really functional, but to each his own. Hopefully the dev adds some twists and doesn't just replicate wp7.
This is definitely why android rocks... we can do what we want.

I also use Metro UI and I think it's the best Windows Phone 7 Launcher out. The guy is always updating it too. It's pretty smooth. I'm not a huge fan of Windows Phone 7 but it's nice to have a different feel sometimes. I switch between stock launcher, adw ex, and metro UI. Why not?
Well guys I bought a iphone today....because it was cheaper then the ipod touch and had a camera still...I think I'm putting android on it (better yet I know I am) I don't think my sim card will ever touch the thing but I will have somthing for my music that dosnt mess with my phone....great story anyways I don't want the crappy no flash browser but will enjoy the games that they have on ios along with android that will be dualbooting on it...and if I ever have to go send in my phone I have a back up...no sd card...yeah go to hell apple go to hell good news 16gb model so I can take the 9 gigs of music off my sd card and put it on there so I can put more apps on my beast of a phone ...and that's my reasoning for buying a iphone

I've bounced back & forth between MIUI & CM7 and found MIUI to be a so much smoother rom, no lag or bugs plus weekly updates

I personally love MIUI - best of what iOS should've been but... its ANDROID!
I love the music player, browser, widgets, and over all customization you get with it.
Not to mention I like the general layout and options - you can tweak just about everything in it.
I like the lockscreens - you get a ton of different options.
Not to mention the theme the community puts out.
The only thing I don't like (at no fault to MIUI) is I take a hit in battery life.
What kernel are you using? How do you use your phone?
I just got a new HTC Evo 3d and realized it has a lot of bloatware. I was thinking, is there any specific reason HTC adds so much of it??

This should be locked and stickied.
Here's the specific reason you're looking for: Money.
HTC (and other manufacturers) include bloatware as requested by the carriers. The carriers pay manufacturers to include them.
You have an HTC EVO 3D. You may think you are a customer of HTC. You're not. HTC does not consider you their customer. You are a customer of your carrier (Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc). HTC has their customer's best interest at heart. Unfortunately, you're not their customer.
If you don't want bloatware, buy SIM-free phones. Or root. You are at XDA, afterall.
HTC isn't to blame.... the carriers are. Same happens with Samsung. Just buy a carrier free (unbranded) phone and no bloatware

Maybe it would help if the OP explained what he's referring to. I agree with CTM, whether he meant it or not - Sense is bloatware. It takes up most of the space on your internal storage and is less configurable than the majority of launchers on the Market.
I understood it on WM, but just don't get it on Android.

No. They don't. There is NO REASON to put some of the crap that passes for "pre-installed apps" on these devices. It's an issue of greed on the carriers part. Nothing more, nothing less.

I get you, and somewhat agree. My main issue with any launcher is the inability to have more than 4 rows or columns of icons. That's just plain iPhone dumb!
Anyway, all the prettiness of Sense can be mimicked with a few quid and the Market app.

The post listed the screen size of 5 inches, not 7. It is nice specs for a phone, but not too wild on the pricing.

Well, $700 for Oppo? Exactly, you have HTC One, which is beast without Sense UI, and you want to get new phone because of latest Snapdragon and nice battery? Come on!
Or okay, if you are rich, go for it, even I don't trust OPPO that much about properly working phone according to its HW.

Snapdragon 800... It's more than just slightly faster. It is absurdly faster... Oh and it supports LTE Advanced @ 150Mbps standing... Ofc the ISP has to give it out... But yea...
Either way, screw the OPPA...
HTC One MAX all day.
Oppo is an awesome company that supports their products, and they are very open. That said I'm getting either the HTC One Max or the LG G2 personally.
