+1, it has a built-in option (widget) and you can use any battery widget you can find. It's highly customizable, but you also have the option to make it look exactly stock.

Give widgetlocker a shot. It's 2 bucks, but it may be the best paid app I own. If you decide to, then download "gauge battery widget" (without quotes of course), and put it on the lockscreen. Any battery widget will work with that lockscreen, and there are a lot of them on the market.

No problem. And give Phantom Music Control a shot. It's designed for widgetlocker and will give you control over the music on your lockscreen while it's playing.

I'll have a fix for it tonight. I know what the problem is. My batt is at 49% and the meter is showing 60%. Ill create a zip that just addresses the problem and ill also fix the theme it self tht way you won't have to redownlod the them. You can just apply the fix.

Not feeeling the battery icon... But the theme is worth (swype) the battery meter off, so I'm about to try the first release. To see what it do. And one more question... Do you have to hard reset your phone and reload it to get a clean load (Is what I did) or can you load on top of another theme and be cool (was running Androdena_Glassia) I'm a noob when it come to Driods, use to have a PRO2 so things are a little different. Thanks

I suggest wiping cache and delvik catch before installing a theme. It is also good practice to install the rom again then theme so nothing from the other theme bleeds threw but you should be fine
Forgot the mention I'm working with raiderrep to get the battery icon in the first release to function properly

more specifically are you referring to changing the wallpaper are changing to vanilla? Are you using froyo or sense?
I found Widget Locker in the market for $1.99
Might be a good solution for you if all you want to do is customize the lockscreen.
Turned out to be exactly what i was looking for when i was doing research on changing the lockscreen. There are multiple slider layouts available like changing from the htc vertical slider to an iphone slider for example.... many options available, one of my favorite additions so far

How was your battery life after you used that widget? I read somewhere about it that its pretty useful but drains your batt. Fast

Hmm, I've not had any issues with battery drain. Not with WidgetLocker anyways, Bluetooth is what kills my battery quickest, Bluetooth & live wallpaper with high settings
Youtube has a few video reviews of WidgetLocker if you want to preview w/o having to purchase.

Battery percentage MOD

Hello everybody!
Has anyone done a battery percentage mod to be used with Nexus S yet? I have done a research but couldn't find anything..
I prefer to see the percentage of battery left right there in the middle of the icon, instead of placing a widget on my desktop.
That would be a nice little touch to the display, Im sure it will come out soon , I havnt seen it yet...
My theme has battery percentage built in. I will try to do the same MOD for a non themed ROM.

See my app, there's a test version for the Nexus S CM7

Yeah, the battery mod is available, had it just a few days after the N-S came out even. I've got one running on my aosp build (n1), as well as on cm7 alpha. No problems. Now, the custom low battery images I normally do.....well, haven't found that one yet. It's not like before.
Just the statusbar stuff, no problem.

[Q] Transform Android to iOS/iPhone

Hi everyone!
I'm sitting here and browsing themes and lockscreens and so on..
And now I'm wondering if there is possible to make my android phone (CM7) to look just like an iPhone?
Can you guys help me to collect all apps (SMS, Caller, lockscreen, bootscreen and so on) and maybe some cm7 themes that looks like iOS/iPhone so that I (and you guys) can make our android phones to look like an iPhone!
Thanks in advance!
Widget locker for the lock screen. Minimalistic Text for the lock screen clock. And finally using Launcher pro with custom dock and iPhone icons off the web.
Which theme from widget locker?

if you want iOS and everything to look like an iphone... why didnt you just get an iphone?
Here's some help...
People do hate iPhones round these parts.
I have personally used all of them, don't care for them next to a properly equipped android device.
Though my unlocked iPhones never did drop a call on the USA T-Mobile netwrok.
Was gonna post about MIUI, saw that someone had mentioned already.
jordanzink: Because i don't like the iPhone, i think android is better but i like the look of an iPhone
scariola: yeah! okey, but thanks anyway!

Battery usage in status bar

I saw the other day a screen shot from someone that showed the battery use in mAh directly on status bar like when you change signal bar with text dbm
Searched for the app but no result. Can someone please help me with this if i made a clear description. Sorry but can't find the screen shot.
