HOW TO INSTALL :
you need root
1st way :
- use a root compliant explorer (root explorer/ES File explorer/etc ...)
- copy the bootanimation.zip on your SDcard, anywhere
- then move the bootanimation.zip to /system/media/ and replace the other one (you might want to backup it before)
2nd way :
- enable usb debug mode
- use these adb command lines
- adb remount
- adb push c:\bootanimation.zip /system/media/
(asuming you have the bootanimation.zip file on your C:\ drive)
just added "Bugdroid portals"

for installation first extract the zip choose the one you like and rename it to AlarmClock.apk
here are 2 different ways
first from recovery terminal :
mount sdcard
mount system
cp sdcard/AlarmClock.apk /system/app/AlarmClock.apk
reboot
or you can use adb to push the file
heres the download links
clocks http://www.4shared.com/file/149881187/e1ac242f/mmclocks.html
wallpapers http://www.4shared.com/file/149881486/9060d652/wallpapers.html
heres the wallpapers
Those look pretty badass!! Nice job..
cp sdcard/AlarmClock.apk /system/app/AlarmClock.apk
cp: cannot stat 'sdcard/AlarmClock.apk': no such file or directory
I changed the name of the alarmclock and put it in the root directory of sdcard. Anything I did wrong?
nevermind, it worked. Guess a typo there.
Thanks

3. Use ES explorer to copy the two zip files to the location
/system/customize/resource/
4.Reboot and see the changes :)
NOTE:
Code:
1.The location of "bootanimation.zip" and "downanimation.zip" will differ from one ROM to another. (I mentioned the one in Sense based ROMs)
2. You should be a rooted user and ES explorer should be granted root setting permissions in the settings tab
3. [COLOR="Red"]Please do not mess up with system files[/COLOR]

Hey guys,
here is my OnePlus One Bootanimation. It's created to work in combination with the attached fastboot logo. So there is no visible transition betweet fastboot-logo and the animation when you power on your one.

How to install:
WARNING: Although I tested this on my own device, I hold absolutely no responibility if something goes wrong or your phone is bricked after this procedure.
The setup is a little bit complicated because there are two different installation procedures for the fastboot-logo and the bootanimation.zip.
1. At first we replace the fastboot-logo. To do this, please follow this tutorial, while using my attached images for the files in the input-folder of the tool. If all the steps worked, you can see a new logo at startup.
2. The second point is the bootanimation.zip. It is located under system/media/. Please backup the original one, in case that the new one doesn't work. Now copy the new one (download below) into this folder, while using a explorer for android with root permissions. (Make shure the permissions of the ZIP are set to -rw-r--r-- otherwise there will be a fallback android bootanimation)
Now you should have a new and nice smooth boot-animation.
Have Fun!
