I'm really interesting by buying a HD7 phone on Ebay.com but most of them are simlocked on T-Mobile Carrier.
Is there a way to flash a european Rom to SimUnlock it?
Or i need to pay between 20-30$/€ for a SimUnlock code?

Those of you who have taken an o2 branded HTC HD7 handset on an upgrade in the UK - can you confirm if the handset is SIM locked to the o2 network or is it unlocked and therefore able to take any providers SIM?

Yes it is sim locked and has o2 branding on the rom.
But if you/frend have a o2 contract you can unlock it for free as long its been active on that sim.

Find some service in your country and/or that specific operator, the unlock code is determined by the model of the phone, the country and the phone carrier or at least it was for my phone...
flashing new rom/radio won't help?

Hello. I purchased an S10 in the USA from T-Mobile the phone is still being paid. I came to Portugal, is there any way to unlock it? If so, SIM card in Portugal will catch network, I will not have problems with it?

so i bough this from amazon, im living in Costa Rica, and recently know there is an update to Adroid 10 and i try almost everything, until i discover that i need a AT&T sim to update ¬_¬", is there a way to do it without it? or, if i bough one from ebay or so, can i update it from here? thanks

no you cant, only way is to get a sim card and this is for all carrier models. This is the reason why you buy LG's factory unlocked phone made from them and not branded.
