Sound has stopped working all of a sudden. - Nook Color General

Went to go watch a movie on my Nook last night and the sound started hissing and crackling. Not just in the movie, but also my notification sounds have stopped and they're also cracking/hissing too.
Running CM7 w/ 1.3ghz kernel from 4/24. Sound was working before, but just randomly stopped.
Any ideas? I've tried hard resetting, but not reinstalling CM7.

[Q] streaming music thru bluetooth freezes phone paragon rc 6 rom.

Well I have just flashed paragon rc6 since last posted here in xda with 1400mhz kernel everything seems good and top notch, phone was speedy without hang ups even testing it for several hours of wifi video streaming even performing neo core benchmark, quadrants, etc to name a few for several minutes to test stability issues everything seems fine thanks to espyel for such a terrific rom.
well for now my first time streaming music thru bluetooth stereo headphone and now my phone freezes. tried to do soft reset and opening bluetooth music streaming several times with same results but when playing thru phone it plays without problem. anybody has experienced this situation? just want some advice to some experts here... by the way streaming movies with sound thru stereo bluetooth works just fine.
tnx again espyel for this wonderful rom
edit to above post:
already have fixed the issue. clearing the dalvik cache, wiped battery stats in cwm then rebooting the phone saved my day. running 1400mhz kernel what an exceptional rom.

Both speakers only work during calls - HTC one

Yesterday I was playing some music through the speakers on my phone and the sound started to crackle, I just thought it was the app playing up so I just turned it off and thought nothing of it.
Later when I went to use the phone it didn't have any sound, so I tried adjusting the volumes up and down, re-flashing CM and clearing caches in vein. I then plugged my headphones in to see if they worked and found I could only hear them a little bit with the volumes set to max.
I'm now assuming the speaker amp has blown somehow, but not wanting to give up I tried calling someone and found the sound worked just fine for voice and so now I have no idea what the issue is.
Has anyone else had this problem? and how did you fix it?

Weird problem with sound

Hey
I had a weird problem with sound, i had my Moto G for a month and this problem happened maybe week ago.
I made the movie to show what is a problem
youtube.com/watch?v=NHpqw4_v1zA
like you can see - there is no sound on speaker in movies, music, yt itp, ringtones and alarm working ok... when i'm changing ringtone or alarm volume i can hear the music, but when i leave setting - it's gone.. On headphones everything is okey. I just wiped everything, still the same.

[Q] Speakers not working partly?

OK so I have had the nexus 6 since mid-November. All was working perfectly until I noticed when my phone started playing Spotify, and no audio came out of either speaker. Facebook has audio, (except for videos), some random apps have sounds that work, and my phone ringer and notifications still work. So far, from using as little apps as I use, spotify, YouTube, and other random apps don't play audio at all. I have tried rebooting and wiping everything from the phone. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
(And no, I have never dropped it in or near water, let alone dropped this phone anywhere)
(And I have never rooted it either, its running 5.0.1 atm)
thanks again for letting me be an idiot and resolve it
OK so literally as soon as I posted this, I figured I'd try trivia crack to see if it worked (hadn't played in a week or so). Now everything works as soon as I opened the game. So if your speakers have this problem try opening trivia crack!

Lots of issues with Z3. Media audio, fast charging, etc. Help!!!

Stock Z3 running Android 9
Issue #1 the power button is very unresponsive.
Issue #2 No option to wipe cache partition. Is there another way to do this because the option isn't in the recovery menu on this phone.
Issues #3 & 4 - This is weird. I was listening to YT Music using bluetooth yesterday and the music randomly stopped. I didn't pay much attention to it at the time but later realized that none of the media audio was working. I turned off BT, tried different apps, force closed all running apps, checked all audio settings, and still nothing. The front speaker still works because it will play ringtones. I rebooted, reset app permissions, cleared cache on all running apps. Moto Mod speakers will not play media audio either. Also, noticed that the phone will no longer fast charge either. This is the first time this has happened so I'm thinking it's somehow related. I tried multiple chargers and cables and it charged extremely slow, so slow that the battery percentage would not go up while plugged in with the screen on. I didn't get it wet or anything unusual. This morning, I reconnected my BT speaker and audio still plays but still no sound at all on the phone or Mods.
The audio issue is probably the most important for me to fix. I can live with the rest. Anyone have any suggestions or similar problems?

Have you tried a factory reset on the device cause it could have a bad file somewhere in the firmware
