Hey all, I am inspired by the B/W icons that are on the forum, so I thought I would share what I whipped up quickly for my personal use. Like it or hate it, it's just another spin on what has already been tried and true. Enjoy...updated a few...

hi everyone!
i apologies for refreshing old topic but i'm looking for 8-bit (pixel) theme. maybe somebody will do something like that?
i found "aHome Theme: Pixel" in the market but for that have to use aHome/aHome lite and those are old apps
will be grateful for help
cheers
Hey guys, I know this has been dead a while, but i have been creating some Launcher Pro Icon sets and am in the process of making an ADW theme with this 8-bit concept.
Attached is the icon set as it was a few days ago, it is currently growing and will be expanding when I get more user requests.
eight bit icon pack
I know it's £0.79 but i made all of these icons and put the legwork into getting the activities. What you see there is not all you get, there are some popular app icons hiding in there as well including IMDB Amazon Kindle etc
very cool!
very cool!
I saw some icons like these on a screenshot the other day and liked them so much I made my own. Thought I would upload them in case anyone wants them. Sharing is caring! lol
Edit- oops, looks like because they are white you cant see them. THEY ARE THERE UNDER THE SCREEN SHOT.
Those look like they're based on the Metro style that's gotten pretty popular lately. I've used a similar icon pack that's got a pretty wide variety of icons.

The artist is extremely receptive to feedback and is pretty steadily adding stuff where requested.
Awesome! Thanks for the link. To be honest, I didnt do a lot of looking around to find out where they were. Just made the 4 I needed and left it at that. But that guy has made a ton of them!
I finally took the plunge and bought the first $3 theme that I have ever bought, "Tha Plus" ADW theme. Here is a link to it on the Market. I instantly fell in love with it when I saw it, and more so after I installed it. Lovely hugely customized theme. But I will get to my request now!
I am currently using Lunar Ui Theme Chooser Theme with it, as it is the closest to matching as I could come. As I am going to be using this ADW theme for a loooong time, which is unusual for me, I would really like a Theme Chooser Theme to go with it. I am not comfortable enough in my skills yet to attempt it myself, as I am a novice in Android developing for now. All I have done is make a few widgets transparent so far, and even that made me nervous!
I searched the forum and didn't see any Google+ Theme Chooser Themes, so I decided to make a post here to see if anyone could help me out. I'm sure that I wouldn't be the only person interested in something like this, so it's for the greater good.
I'm thinking something similar to the Lunar Ui Theme Chooser Theme, only with the Google+ colors in it at the bottom of the status bar instead of the colors that are there already. The toggles in the pull down for Wifi and the other three things would be the Google+ colors in order. (Red, blue, green, yellow) Whichever battery, wifi, 3g, and reception icon styles and Google+ colors you think would look best. I currently have the transparency trick on my status bar, so having the bar be 50% or 100% transparent would be awesome.
I'm currently using the Droid font with the set up I currently have, and it looks great. I'll be looking around to find a Widget Locker theme as well, though I'm using Chromeless with it now and it looks fine. I have an eye for putting things together, but I need to start working on the technical aspect of it sometime when I feel better!
Have you checked this out?

Ah yeah, that status bar is pretty decent. Maybe someone can come up with a nice one that's the right type.
itachi1706 and I(yes we are friends) are gonna make a CM7 theme! I am going to try my best in theming the icons based on Cyanbread so that it would look good on our OB. Yes i know i am not gonna win those popular themes like LunarUI and others but i hope that you guys would give us your support so that we would do our very best!
itachi1706 would be doing the coding for the APK while i would be doing the theming of the icons. I dont mind u guys use this for your other mobile devices running CM7 but I am only making it usable on HDPI and most probably look good on OB(I am not saying that it wont look good on other devices)
So we need suggestions coming from you guys like what features do you guys want to see on our device, for eg. Transparent or Translucent framework, middle-clock, icons for the different apps or maybe even stuffs i have not know of yet! Just tell me in the comments below and i will try to implement as must features of the themes u guys want into the theme!
Also I have already decided to make the edge glow bright orange! maybe i would be releasing other coloured versions too but that would come later! And I would not be doing ICS style as you all know there is alittle way too much ICS themes for CM7 or any launcher like LPP or ADW, so therefore i do not wish to compete with them and then lose out in the end saying that we just copied them or anything...anyway we dont want that to happen so we might as well just do something like LunarUI which is based on original and stuffs like that!
So I would like to hear from you guys soon!
Yes. We sincerely hope you guys will give us feedbacks of what kind of theme you guys would want for your phone. We aim to create a theme that is not only original but would be used by people!

Sounds good. I'll be happy to try it out.
well..if u ask me of it...i'll want to have a "Dirty" "rusty" "BOLD" kinda look to the black.
u know, the dirty icons, some translucence (not transparent!!!...believe me, it will initially look nice, but eventually it will intrude with the usage of the phone with the background getting in the way of visibility). i kinda like the bold look, like deep blue, always great black & white, etc etc.
the using of orange overglow is good, but u should have the overglow in the same color as the icons (it'll look streamline)....that all i gotta say.
at the end, wateva u guys make is good for me
after all, it's your first theme ...maybe u'll eventually start making themes like upwardspiral or sonnysekhon....all the best
happy trying
Center clock, semi-transperent status bar.
And widget buttons - keep the icons small as possible.
Rest coloring and effects.... that's upto you to come up with something different.
Good day all,
Once this thread grabs some more attention, I will make a nicer and more readable introduction. But to those who are reading now, let me introduce myself.
One of the main reasons I love having an Android phone is its capability to be themed. However, as I was looking through the many themes, I noticed that none of them are quite what I am looking for. I decided to make my own themes to satisfy what I like.
Although, I am at best a Photoshop hobbyist and have absolutely no artistic capabilities nor any formal learning in this field, I sincerely hope you enjoy what I make.
Any comments, criticism, or discussion is appreciated!

Hollow is a dock-centric homescreen theme that is meant to be clean, simple, and flexible.
INFO:
The idea of Hollow first appeared when I realized the majority of the themes were very restrictive in their gridlines + choice of wallpaper. I wanted to make something that allowed more flexibility while staying eye-appealing. My answer to this was placing the good majority of the widgets into the dock. The dock contains everything you need, the desktop contains whatever else you want. Don't like the set up? Move the widgets to your own liking or even make your own widgets to match your personal tastes.
